  Absolutely do not use this company. When our HVAC quit working two weeks after we closed (Sept 2024) on our first home, we reached out to Reliable. We were told the system (original 1999) was too old and they didn’t make the parts anymore so we needed a new system. $10,000 later (1400 sq ft house), we had a brand new system installed. Flash forward to install day, one of the techs was caught on camera going through our stuff. Mind you, we just moved across the country after my husband got out of the military and this was our first home. To my knowledge, they “had a talk” with said tech and gave us two years in the member program. Well, when we received our bills for the winter months (Feb 2025), we called our electric company and they came to do an energy audit. Audit showed the brand new heat pump wasn’t working and we had been running “emergency heat”- furnace- for months. Nothing indicated the heat pump ever worked which in return, they changed the compressor twice because it didn’t work. Now, August 2026, the unit has stopped working AGAIN and when you call, there’s an automated system that states “someone will call you back”. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company.

  Completely took advantage of an unknowing 75 year old senior citizen. Complete new heating and air system was contracted to be installed by these guys. The system was ran very minimally during the first year as the house was not accupied full time. But, the system has been maintenance religiously twice a year since installed. Its a duel fuel heat pump system that converts from electricity to gas in cold weather conditions. A thousand gallon gas tank was even purchased to accompany the system. As soon as the unit started being used full time the air conditioning unit they installed failed repeatedly and we've been advised that it's a total lemon. After inspection by the competors that have fix it for us repeatedly, it turns out the furnace is all electric and not duel purpose as well. As previously stated, we've had several of their competitor's out numerous times for a system that's been nothing but problems since we started using it. And now were being informed that system is NOT was was paid for and the unit is a lemon. These guys are crooks that took advantage of a senior citizen that obviously trusted that they we're installing what she thought she was paying for!

  Very professional, well informed, and very good communication skills. I received several quotes and ultimately had to choose between two that were giving about the same price and they were one of them. Jonathan was very professional and knowledgeable, and certainly can be trusted to handle any heating and cooling repairs in a cost-effective and effective manner.
