Drake came to assess the problems with the existing heating and cooling system. He was very prompt, professional and courteous. He explained the systems need to be replaced and set up a time to come back with the estimate of how much it will all cost.

AC went out in the middle of May, & they had a tech at my door the next morning at 7am promptly to fix it. Rob was friendly, knowledgeable, & incredibly thorough. The repair was efficient, affordable & timely, still allowing me to get to work on time🙌🏼 thank you, Earl’s!

He did the annual check and had arrived in the window given, but we were not happy with him trying to sell extra cleaning products for a cleaning/inspection we already paid for, (by having an annual service) and is the same service we get every year, and also adding other costs that we don't feel is actually a discount (which should be included in our annual contract) or trying to get us to pay for a new unit when we just wanted the quote we were told we would get the prior year and never recieved. This is the first time (with more than one home serviced by Earl's) that we are not happy and considering looking for a new company to handle our needs.
Then to have the service request e-mailed, showing a signature that we did not make, saying we were happy with the service is even more concerning.

Drake was outstanding ! He was prompt, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly without any manslpaining~so refreshing! I appreciate the professionalism of not only Drake but also the admin assistant that scheduled the appointment. Highly recommend this company and not only will I use this company in the future, but I will request Drake!
We had a great visit by a technician named Rob today. He was incredibly personable, and highly knowledgeable concerning our home A/C system. Earl's has always delivered great service and I highly recommend the company for your HVAC needs.
