  Isaac was my service tech and made a worrisome event a great experience. He showed up and listened to everything I had to tell him about my issue, and got started right away. I appreciated him explaining what he was doing as he was, and for answering my questions professionally in a way I could understand. Even running into some issues Isaac kept a great attitude so I didn’t worry. He still completed the job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend

  We would definitely recommend Earl's Heating & Air Conditioning. The office staff is so understanding and helpful. Both Rob and Issac who worked on our unit were knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They made us feel that they really cared about us. We definitely will call Earl's for future repairs and ask for Rob or Isaac to fix our equipment. Thank you!

  Drake did a great job of explaining our current HVAC setup and potential limitations. We had Earls originally install this unit a few years back. I’ll preface this by saying yes it’s ideal to not have to have return calls for those that installed it but I’ll also acknowledge that having a 120 year old house complicates things a bit. That said I think we have a decent plan of action and it’s honestly pretty cool to see the same guys sticking around with the some company. Turnover rates must be pretty low there.

  Rob was absolutely amazing. Prompt. Clear communication. Courteous. Treated my wife with respect and even played with our dog, Ava! We look forward to calling him back this fall to address a furnace issue. We chose Earl’s because of their faith-based ethics as well as the NUMEROUS recommendations from people on the street, not just on a web site. When I made my appointment, because this is “peak season,” I expected service in about 2 weeks. How blessed we were to get service in 24 hours! As a firefighter, I’m conditioned to respond quickly and professionally. Earl’s and Rob demonstrate the same skills and passion.

  Anthony, Derek and Jake did an amazing job with our HVAC system installation! Our existing system installed when the house was built needed to be replaced and we had a very thorough and professional experience throughout. Sean did a great job and really took the time to carefully assess our requirements, ensuring the system was correctly sized and would meet our needs for years to come. Anthony and the team did an excellent job with the installation, everything was neatly installed and you could really tell that the team took genuine pride in the work they did. Everything was cleaned up and thoroughly explained to us including next steps in maintenance going forward. Very happy indeed and would highly recommend Earl's for an installation!!
