  We recently had Earl’s Heating and Air Conditioning install a new Trane air conditioning system, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! From the beginning, our salesman, Sean, was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He clearly explained our options without using any high-pressure sales tactics. We felt comfortable throughout the process and appreciated the fair and competitive pricing. Communication was excellent, and the installation was completed exactly as promised. The installation crew was professional, did exceptionally neat work, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. It is refreshing to work with a company that does what it says it will do, treats its customers fairly, and takes pride in its workmanship. We highly recommend Earl’s Heating and Air Conditioning! They have certainly earned our five-star rating!

  What I love most about the business is that they inform you with a photo of who will be entering your home. They don’t try to sell you unnecessary items and they treat you with complete professionalism. Thank you for taking care of both our homes!!!!!

  Earl's Heating and Air Conditioning was out today for our annual furnace cleaning and maintenance. Elijah was timely and provided me the courtesy to notify me in advance he was on his way. He was polite, cordial, and efficient. He took the time to explain needed updates, offering a comparison to demonstrate the degree of wear. Earl's is a trusted service provider we highly recommend.

  I am so happy I found Earl's! This is a company that operates with integrity, professionalism, empathy, and it's technicians are highly skilled, respectful, and efficient! They even put shoe covers on so they don't track on your carpet, and that is very thoughtful! I've had Earl's out 3 times. Once was for an AC repair. I was so afraid of bad news like having to purchase a new costly unit. Mine was only a few years old and stopped working in July 2025 in a terrible heat wave! It turned out to only need servicing because Cottonwood tree-cotton choked the air flow off. Next I had them back in the late spring of 2026 to clean and service the AC so we wouldn't have that problem again. I also purchased a service contract for the year. The whole visit plus contract I want to say was around $200 range, I'd have to check. Extremely reasonable! Then, they actually called to set up my furnace service per the contract last week, I didn't have to remember to do it. The tech came yesterday and took time to clean and do diagnostics and all was good! Afterward it even seemed like my AC was colder and circulating better so I don't know if that was related to his maintenance on the HVAC unit or the setting changed from fan to auto or vice versa. And my bill was $0 due to the service agreement! I do have another company to compare them to, which I won't name, who sent a postcard a few years ago for a fall HVAC maintenance special of $69. The fellow came out, popped a panel off the furnace, held a meter of some kind near it, said it's good, put the panel back on, and collected $69. I said are you going to the AC outside? He said no that's the springtime special. I was puzzled because basically I got 2 minutes worth of service involving the furnace only. Yesterday, the Earl's tech was working, I'd say a half hour. He issued a detailed report on what he did and sent it via email. It is easy to see why I say Earl's is just awesome and they have my complete unreserved endorsement, recommendation, and trust!

  I wanted to be sure that my furnace was in top shape heading into the winter months, so I scheduled an annual maintenance check-up with Earl's. Steven arrived ahead of schedule and did an amazing job. He left no stone unturned and checked everything out. He checked the burners, thermocouple and completely cleaned inside the furnace housing before he closed it back up. I'm a longtime loyal customer and I've relied on Earl's for all of my HVAC purchases from my A/C, water heater, ductless mini-split, and zoning installations. I keep calling them because they're always there whenever I need them. Give Earl's a call. You won't be disappointed.
