  Our first experience with Earl’s was when our AC quit working during a hot week in July. I called and Allison was very polite and professional on the phone. She scheduled a service call for us and Drake was here within a hour! I appreciated the text I received when he was on the way that shows his picture, so I knew who to look for. Drake was really fantastic! He was friendly, fast, and explained the service and my options clearly and without pressure. Even the van he worked out of was clean and well kept. I work for a service company, as well, albeit in a different industry, so I tend to notice things like that. He definitely represents the company well! We knew it was nearing time to replace the AC so we scheduled an estimate visit and Sean was here a few days later. Sean was knowledgeable, friendly, and again, explained things without any sales pressure. We had the AC and furnace replaced 2 days later and the team of 4-5 guys that were here worked well together. They seemed to really enjoy their job and enjoy working together. We were impressed that all the employees we’ve worked with during this process were clean cut, no smoking around the property, no swearing, and were very aware of keeping the floors as clean as possible. We are very happy with Earl’s and recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy service!

He took the time to explain the issue clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this installer to anyone needing HVAC work!

  Jakub, Isaac, Dominic, and Zach provided a very professional install experience. They were all very friendly and respectful. All very knowledgeable and job was completed ahead of scheduled time. Thank you Sean West for such a timely install! Kudos to the entire Earl's team!!!

  So far so good. Dealing with Sean who came and did the estimate, Lauren in the office and Jakub and his crew who did the installation of the new AC and thermostat . The job they did was great. Everything is running really good. It's made a huge difference in our comfort. Will recommend Earl’s.

  Very, very long story short, my HVAC wouldn't work after a major Nipsco line problem coming into my house. The tech looked at it and determine it needed a control panel and transformer but told me they no longer make the board to be able to repair it. I would need an entire new system for 11K. I had 2 other companies lined up for an estimate and the first guy that came out immediately said that was bs and had everything up and running in 2 hours for $450. The guys that worked for Earls were incredibly nice and professional (and they're the reason i feel bad about a one star review) but how'd I go from a whole system replacement from them and then to 2 hours of work and it's good to go from someone else?? So I'm out $89 (and a lot of tears thinking I had to pay 11K) for them to either lie to me or not know what they were doing.
