  An absolute lifesaver! We had a massive failure with our old water softener (it’s from 2007, so it definitely lived a long life before this!). The failure wasn't anything to do with them, just old age, but it completely clogged our plumbing with resin beads and knocked our washing machine out of commission. Because it happened the week leading into Memorial Day weekend, we understandably had to wait until after the holiday for them to come out, which meant making a few trips to the laundromat. Still, once they arrived, we never expected the unit to be picked up, repaired, and dropped back off same-day so quickly! My husband noted that almost all of the employees were incredibly chill and down-to-earth. While one person on the phone came across a bit pushy (classic old-fashioned salesman style), the rest of the team completely made up for it. They let us take things entirely at our own pace without any pressure, which we valued just as much as, if not more than, the incredible speed of the repair. Our water pressure is completely restored and crystal clear. They turned a total household crisis into a seamless fix. Cannot recommend them enough!

  Overall happy with the service they provide. Fixed our softener and also put in a reverse osmosis. Good communication and punctuality.
