- JSJustin Skains3 days ago2.0We had a reverse osmosis system installed a couple of years ago and we have been extremely disappointed in the product and the service. They do not return phone calls and we have to have them out multiple times per year to replace filters at $130 per visit. They told us that it would be once per year when it was installed. We have had nothing but issues and their customer service is very poor. They are slow to respond or they just don’t respond at all.
- CFCarole Feist3 days ago5.0Great experience with this company. I had been having some issues with my water softener for a long time that I wasn't able to resolve or figure out myself, or find any company that would help with. Eenigenburg quickly came out, were extremely helpful, kind, and got my water softener up and going again. I appreciated the kindness and patience as well! The person that came out answered all my questions and provided helpful guidance/instruction.
