  I just want to give Wallace Heating & air a big shout out. Paul sent me the two best technicians any customer could ask for, Kyle & Dylan, I just want to say thank you for everything guys, I really appreciate it . For all your HVAC needs one call thats all.

  Caleb at wallace heating and air did an amazing job I highly recommend them for service for air conditioning or heating needs!! Great price and really humble people dont hesitate to call!!

  Obtained & accepted a quote from Wallace Heating & Air, autumn 2025 for moving, re-installing, and up-grading an 80's AC unit. Down the road "surprises" came to light. They kept at it, got it done (despite increasing hours, and no doubt costs) and did not "bump" the price. True professionals; my now go-to AC crew.

  Our furnace stopped working and was filling the house with smoke. Many of our neighbors told us to call Wallace Heating & Air, which we did. Of course it was on a weekend, but it was also in the middle of the 3 degree winter. We never received a call back from Wallace. THEN after repairs were made by another company, we found out we had to replace our entire HVAC system. Again, we called Wallace because of advice from other customers. They never returned our call. Apparently, they are too busy to sell a new system to us.
