He was professional, thorough, and took the time to carefully explain what he found. He was able to identify issues that the previous company had claimed to have fixed, but clearly had not, and finally helped me understand what had actually been wrong this entire time. I truly appreciated how transparent and knowledgeable Austin was throughout the inspection. He showed me exactly what needed to be addressed and explained what I would need to purchase to properly resolve the problem. After dealing with this issue for so long, it was such a relief to finally have someone take the time to give me honest answers and clear guidance. I’m very grateful for Austin’s time, patience, and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and knowledgeable to inspect or service their water heater!
