I had called Summers to get a quote for a job needed for my elderly mom who's water service needed immediate repair. Summers sent out Alyson Eikenberry to the property my mother owned. Alyson was very professional , personable, and caring. She took time to look things over as needed doing her due diligence to write up a proper quote before she left and informed us if we get notification we want Summers to help us, they could be back tomorrow. Alyson took the time to fully explain everything to my mom which was really appreciated. My mom decided to go with Summers, not because of price but because of Alyson's respect toward the true client, my mom. Summers was the last company I called for a quote and the first to respond, sending Alyson our way.

Cannot thank Aly enough for her help with my home needs! She was so knowledgeable and helpful. Really top notch work and I’d recommend this company to anyone and especially if you get to work with Aly.

Alyson was not only professional, but also caring and concerned and worked very hard to ensure we were able to get funding for everything we needed. Would highly recommend! The next day the other 2 techs that came out were on time and worked quickly to resolve all of our issues and even came back to fix a small issue even though they were not required to do so. They were all amazing!

My plumbing issue is needing more attention than we originally thought. Izzy came out today and I met him and he explained the plan for service. Donovan and Korbin and Thomas also arrived. Donovan did an excellent job answering questions and explaining the process. Thomas was troubleshooting and came up with an alternative plan. I am so impressed with all of these men from Summers! Thank you for your courtesy, for brainstorming a workable solution, and for your hard work! I highly recommend Summers PHC!
