  The Tech was very efficient and I had a part that had some burn wear on it, he took the time to show me and explain what the part did and recommended replacing. Seemed to have done a very thorough job. This was for the spring inspection by the way.

  Very happy with the Service. We added on a room for the laundry. Dan designed it and made sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend.

  I’ve reviewed Felger Hart before, and I have to say that they continue to be held in high regard in my opinion. We scraped our Geothermal unit and put in a new air handler and AC unit. The guys did an awesome job with the install.

  We had been using other HVAC and plumbing contractors for more than 20 years, until one decided to go out of business (and kept our payment for the upcoming year’s maintenance contract) and the other decided not to show up for a plumbing appointment. We were referred to Felger Hart Residential and we have been delighted by the services provided by them. Colby (who is an HVAC technician and a plumbing technician) has been to our house twice. Last fall he performed a very thorough servicing of our furnace and garage unit heater, cleaning and adjusting both. He also sealed a hole in the return ductwork and sealed a leak in the furnace exhaust pipe, that the prior contractor knew about and kept delaying to fix. This spring Colby performed a very thorough serving of our air conditioner’s inside and outside equipment. He also replaced a leaking shower head. Colby kept us informed on what he planned to do and then on what he found and performed. He kept the work place neat and wore booties over his shoes when inside. Felger Hart Residential has a great annual HVAC maintenance program and staff, that we are glad to be associated with.
