The Felger name has been associated with high-quality heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration services since first opening the doors to Commercial and Industrial work in 1983. Over the years, numerous customers, friends, and colleagues encouraged Felger Hart to expand into residential services. In response to this request, owners Tom and P.J. Felger took it to heart and launched Felger Hart Residential in 2020. This division focuses heavily on residential heating, air conditioning, and plumbing, with the goal of becoming the most trusted residential contractor in Northeast Indiana

- LMLisa MungovanSep 9, 20265.0We called at night when the AC suddenly stopped working. It was very hot and humid. They explained the charge if they came out right away or what it could be if we waited. We chose to wait. An HVAC Company we used in the past didn’t do that. They insisted on coming and we were charged a lot of money. We appreciate being offered an option The next day Ryan from Felger and Hart assessed the issue with our AC unit. A mouse gave its life and rendered the equipment temporarily disabled. He fixed it and identified an additional issue with the wiring. Our electrician assessed the issue and fixed it. It’s working well now.
- TKTracy KahnAug 19, 20265.0AC wasn’t working. A Technician came out the day I called, checked the outside unit, went in the attic to check that unit and instructed me how to do the yearly maintenance. He was very courteous and explained everything in an easy to understand way. If we have any problems in the future, we will be calling them again.
