  Ryan just recently came to my home taking care of routine maintenance on my air conditioner. He was very profee ssional, and completed the task with precision. He gave me details of what he had done and reassured me that my conditoner was in great working order. His service was excellent...a 10 out of 10!!

  Professional, courteous, hardworking, and genuinely committed to doing the job right: that's how Jake and Tyler handled my furnace and heat pump installation from start to finish. The project ran into a few unexpected issues that were outside their control, but they never got frustrated, never cut corners, and never stopped working toward a solution. They put in extra hours (on a Friday, nonetheless!), returned when needed, and made sure everything was installed, tested, and working exactly as it should before they considered the job done. I was equally impressed with Ryan, the Service Manager. He came out personally to check on things, stayed while testing was completed, and clearly cared about making sure I was happy with the final result. What stood out most was the team's professionalism, positive attitude, and determination to do things right. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly. It's much more impressive when unexpected challenges come up, and this team handled them well. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

  We recently had to replace our furnace of 19 years because it was leaking carbon monoxide into our house. We called around for quotes and chose to go with Felger Hart. They were top notch from the initial quote, to the install process, to setting up financing, and their customer service! It was great to support a local company and I can say that we recommend them 100%! Thanks to everyone at Felger Hart for a job well done!
