Jace Goodrich was phenomenal. Highly recommend requesting him. We had 2 other people come out who did not properly diagnose our issue with our furnace and Jace not only was able to identify the issue but thoroughly fixed and repaired going above & beyond. We will be asking for Jace from now on.

Jase arrived within the appointment time we agreed upon, got right to work with our seasonal furnace "tune-up," and capably answered a few questions for me. We talked about routine maintenance plans, and he connected to that information before leaving my home. His demeanor was pleasant and he seemed eager to please me.

Olujuwon arrived early, thoroughly inspected and cleaned my furnace. He explained provided the most thorough written report on my furnace I have ever received. He was personable, professional, polite and worked efficiently. It’s great to have such high quality, reliable service.

Jonah at Summers is exceptional. Very professional, on time, communicative, and knowledgable in his craft. He installed everything we ordered in a very short turn around time, which was greatly appreciated. I look forward to working more with him in the future at our house.

This maintenance visit followed a few weeks after I had annual maintenance on the cooling system. The previous technician told me that my downstairs thermostat was defective and needed replacing and that this would be done at the next visit. I asked the technician and he said he had never heard of this and had not seen it in the notes. This is not acceptable. The technician then quoted me $1,024 to replace the thermostat which is crazy. The thermostat can be purchased online for around $200. I was later quoted $788 which is still way out of line. It was obvious the second technician was not prepared and did not know if the thermostat was faulty or not. Then again maybe the first technician was wrong. I had a good experience with Summers when my water heater failed but this was just a mess.
