    Mike was a wonderful technician! He communicated about his arrival and was clear about the work he would be performing. He was friendly and thourough! Even though he recommended a pricey part for my A/C, he did so with care & concern and never pressured me to purchase anything I did not want. He was a very kind man!

    Jace from Summers Plumbing, Heating & Cooling did a great job checking my HVAC system and providing an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was looking at and what my options were. I appreciated his honesty, clear communication, and respectful service.     Their technician Carlos saved Summers H & C from getting a bad review. Carols has to come out and fix a problem an earlier tech had created. Carlos did not have to do much, but his professionalism and the way he conducted himself for such a young man was impressive. Good listener. Had summer tune up on the a/c Friday with another tech to be nameless. That night around 3-4 am we wake up and wonder why we are so hot, well, the a/c was not working. I called Saturday morning and Carlos shows up Monday morning to find that it was simply because the first tech did not reinsert the power box when he disconnected while working and it would not run. Can't believe such a simple thing was overlooked by a tech. I leave him nameless because I suppose this can happen to anyone and I don't want to single him out as I am certain he is a good worker. I have done some dumb things in my day so I can't be too hard on him. What bothered me, was calling Saturday morning to be greeted by an AI voice. No live person available no matter how many options on my phone I tried or often I called. No weekend emergency service. So we got no sleep Friday or Saturday night because we were too hot. But most annoying is the patronizing AI system. Several times I was told, "were so sorry your having trouble" or "it is terrible you can't sleep" and "especially after just having service today, that really has to be frustration, be we care." My suggestion to Summers H & C, get rid of the patronizing AI voice and don't tell me how distraught you are as a company over my situation, when you don't plan to come on Saturday and make me wait three days, especially when you caused the problem. You did not care, actions speak louder than words.

    The gentleman was polite and very communicative. He certainly seemed to know what he was doing… Had knowledge of the systems and the workings they’re in. We signed up for their yearly inspection service based on his performance alone. As well, when we initially called the office, the gal that took care of us was polite and she expedited the call and had it scheduled within an hour and a half of when we called. So nice to have good customer service.

    Tech was friendly. However, he diagnosed the issue as having a leak in air conditioner’s cooling system. Quotes were $4200 to repair and over $800 to replace. Got a second opinion from Williams Cooling and Air and who diagnostics found a shot capacitor which only cost me $367. I was disappointed that such an “oversight” had occurred from the tech from Summer. Thank God that the Williams’ tech resolved the problem for a fraction of the cost that we were expecting to pay with Summer.
