  Tyler came after hours for an emergency water issue last night and consulted with his supervisor when help was needed. He stopped the water from continuing to run and came back today to make sure things were drying in the crawl space and was very polite and helpful in finding further help to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend him for his work.

  Outstanding!!! Mike was incredible in every regard! Very courteous, professional and engaging. He did an extremely thorough job going through every aspect of our HVAC systems. I am a fanatic about maintaining our home, and especially our building systems. Based on my experience with Summers, I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

  We had called Summers because when our AC was running it sounded like a freight train and we also had a lot of humidity throughout the condo. Joe was sent out to take a look at what was going on . He throughly looked at all parts of the system Inside and out. He spent a good amount of time with us explaining the issues that were wrong with our HVAC system. He answered all of our questions in a professional manner and apologized for being the bearer of bad news for us. We needed to get a new HVAC system. Joe’s continued communication with us has helped us to get through this major purchase. He also went through all of our payment options in detail. We would recommend Summers and Joe for his outstanding knowledge and kindness.

  We got a new AC unit, recommended to us by Summers, because our unit was 25+ years old. We wanted to be proactive to avoid our unit clunking out in 90 degree weather. Well, jokes on us. We got the unit they recommended and since they installed it, we’ve had nothing but problems. We have had techs come out 8 separate times due to the system fully shutting down and then a refrigerant leak to the point of completely empty. They advertise as being an emergency/24/7 company, but that is simply laughable. The “supervisor”, Vaughn, gave us his card and told us if we had any issues, after he assured us he personally fixed the problem, to text him directly. 3 hours after he left, the AC system shut completely off again. We reached out to him immediately, and 2 weeks later we still haven’t heard back. It has been a really disappointing experience all around. We had one very helpful and kind technician, Jace, who worked extremely hard to find and fix the initial issue with the inside unit. He was the 6th or 7th tech that came though, so keep that in mind. I would suggest going to a different company for installation of new systems.

  Update: After my initial experience, I wanted to provide an update. David came out this morning and was able to get our kitchen drain working again. He took the time to thoroughly test everything to make sure it was draining properly before he left, which gave us confidence that the issue had been resolved. What really stood out was his communication. He clearly explained what had been done and walked us through the next steps and available options if the drain were to clog again in the future. I truly appreciated that he didn't rush the job and made sure everything was working correctly. Thank you, David, for your professionalism, patience, and for helping us finally resolve this issue. We greatly appreciated it! I contacted Summers Plumbing to clear a clog in my kitchen sink drain. The technician who came to my home was courteous and professional, and I appreciated his attitude. He used an auger (eel) to clear the drain and informed me that the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, when I went to use the sink immediately afterward, it still did not drain. The basin filled with water just as it had before, indicating the original problem had not been fixed. What was most disappointing was the follow-up with customer service. I was told that the technician had noted on the invoice that hydro jetting was recommended, and that they would not return to address the unresolved issue unless I paid an additional $900 or more. However, the technician never discussed this recommendation with me while he was at my home. He simply told me the drain was fixed, and there was no indication that further work was necessary. I understand that some plumbing issues can require additional repairs, but clear communication is essential. Had I been informed that the clog was not fully resolved and that additional services might be needed, I could have made an informed decision at that time. Instead, I paid for a service that did not solve the problem and was left with a sink that still doesn't work. Based on this experience, I am very disappointed with Summers' communication and customer service and cannot recommend them.
