  I would recommend Phase 1 to anyone seeking electric services, Tom was amazing and was here on a Sunday evening within 30 minutes when I called after lights all throughout my house continued flickering. He arrived and found fried breakers and things sizzling and potentially saved my house from burning down, he was very knowledgeable and did a great job replacing what needed replaced and cleaning things out and even worked with me on the price. Awesome company

  Tom came out to assess our problem and the next day his was was out to fix everything. They were prompt, polite and neat. Would definitely recommend them!

  Wow!! The guys came today to wire my fireplace, converting it from wood-burning to electric, and did such an amazing job! I am so excited! They also did some other wiring needs I had and did it in less time than expected. They were knowledgeable, clean, and kind! I will definitely be contacting them again for any other electrical needs. Thanks!

  I called to get an outdoor outlet tested and replaced. The GFCI had been replaced about a year ago but the breaker on the panel kept blowing. I called on a Wednesday afternoon. I was shocked when someone called me back within 5 minutes. I was even more shocked when he said he had an electrician in the area and someone could help me same day. And finally, I was thoroughly shocked when he said there was no service call charge. He said, "They would take a look at the problem, figure out a fix, and then we would discuss what it will cost to fix it." That was refreshing. 30 minutes after my initial call, an electrician from Phase 1 arrived at my house. He was friendly and knowledgeable right away. We went over the problem and the history of the issues. He asked several questions and suggested that I replace the GFCI as the first step even though it was only a year old. He said that some are made so poorly that they can be bad out of the box. Because I had replaced the GFCI recently, I asked if he thought it was a good idea to go ahead and replace the breaker as well. My thinking is that it's difficult to get a good quality tradesman out to your house these days. I'd rather pay for a SMALL extra repair than wait weeks for a follow up service call. The electrician said that he did not see a reason to replace that breaker just yet. He told me that he did not think the odds were good it would help and he did not want me to spend that money. He also said that if the repair did not work, they would make sure to get out to follow up and get it fixed. That type of approach, the building of relationships with customers and thinking long term with relationships is refreshing and very welcome. I really appreciated it. So, I had a nagging problem that another electrician supposedly fixed. From the time of my initial call to Phase 1 to the repair being done was less than 90 minutes and cost me less than I anticipated. I will call them 1st for electrical work from here on out until something changes.
