My 5 stars are in regard to them and the product :) However, the employee who did my quote, Bryson, he was very nice, but once I mentioned I was needing to get going around 8:45pm (I hadn’t moved in to the new place yet) after our 3 hour quote, he offered to “follow me to my apartment to finish the quote”, and which I appreciate the dedication, but this was very off putting to a woman living alone. I declined and said I would prefer to finish it where we were, and he offered again, to which I declined again. He also wanted to be present the day of installation, I let him know when it was happening, and he said he would stop by after the install was complete due to his schedule, I said that sounded good. He never showed up nor followed up with me and when I asked a question after the install was complete, he never responded to me.
