Wasted my time. I do volume work, and have plenty of jobs to offer for residential and commercial. They made me wait 2 weeks with no updates/follow ups. I followed up after hearing radio silence just for them to tell me they're not interested. Shouldn't chase people around to give them business. Very unprofessional and and lack of courtesy.

Fantastic experience with Burtner Electric Inc! They handled a diverse list of jobs for us, including changing out light fixtures, wiring new ceiling fans, adding indoor outlets, moving light switches, and installing video cameras. They were punctual and respected our home by cleaning up after every phase of the project. Excellent value and service.

Easy to contact and schedule. Jake came on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed with parts in stock. Turned out to be the electrical switch and not the fan, so significant cost savings. Was able to also diagnose another outlet problem while he was here and fixed that too. Wore shoe covers and was respectful of property. Pleased with price as well.

David Burtner, the owner, came to my house to quote on a panel upgrade in our older house and also assist with the underground conversion. The quote, while competitive, was not the cheapest, but we decided to work with them based upon a recommendation from a friend who had a job successfully completed. While the first impression was good (punctuality and quote time), scheduling was a bit of a challenge with the best time being offered as two weeks from the conversation. We accepted that and arranged trenching work and IPL underground line provisioning. Then, out of nowhere, we got an email to say that they were short staffed and would not do the work as we neared the time. While we found another electrician, we did not find it professional to suddenly be dropped after other services had been scheduled to complete associated work. Based upon my friend's experience, they can be ok, but beware that they seem to be prepared to drop work as it suits them.
