  Bolden’s cleaning crew were just remarkable!! I had a sewer pipe issue that flooded 2 bathrooms and my entire basement. They got here right after the pipe was cleared with a large crew of men that cleaned this disgusting mess up the same day, working into the evening. Each and every one of them nice, understanding and professional. Special shout out to Derek Thorpe who did the initial appraisal and to Jordan Allen, who came out daily for 5-6 days to check progress in the drying process. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, making this whole situation much easier to handle!

  This was our first time using Bolden’s and I received them as a recommendation on Next Door neighbor. Mike was here promptly at 9am. He did all of the carpeting on the second floor, the basement, the stairs, and a few area rugs. Mike did a fantastic job! We highly recommend Bolden’s and especially Mike!

  Called Bolden's up and got scheduled. I spoke to Matt on the phone and he was amazing. Logan and Colby today came out and answered all my questions and got my house and dryer vent (bird nest and clogged) situated. Ill be using them again.

  Excellent service, friendly, professional. He even worked around a power outage we had due to other work going on at house. Happily switched over to a generator we had and kept working. I can’t say enough good things about Antwaine and Boldens!

  I am the building manager of a 50,000 sq. ft. church in Hamilton County, IN, and have relied on Bolden's for cleaning services for many years, but this was my first experience needing emergency disaster recovery. After the severe March 15, 2026 windstorm, our building suffered major roof damage when a large section of our EPDM roof lifted, allowing water to enter the second floor and flow into classrooms and hallways below. My immediate concern was getting the building dried quickly to prevent mold and further damage. Bolden's was the first company that came to mind, and they exceeded every expectation. Within about 15 minutes of my call, a field manager was already on-site assessing the situation and calling for additional crews. I was genuinely impressed by the speed of their response and the level of coordination that followed. Team members arrived with equipment, staged work areas, removed water-damaged materials, and immediately began mitigation efforts. Everyone seemed to know exactly what needed to be done and worked together with professionalism and purpose. When I was concerned about making temporary roof repairs during freezing, windy conditions, Bolden's quickly coordinated emergency assistance to help stabilize the situation until permanent repairs could be made. Their resourcefulness and willingness to take ownership of the entire problem gave me tremendous confidence during a very stressful event. Another major advantage was discovering that Bolden's could handle not only water mitigation but also reconstruction, including drywall, painting, ceiling repairs, and project management. Instead of juggling multiple contractors, I had a single, organized team overseeing the entire process. Their coordination with our insurance adjuster also helped streamline documentation and saved valuable time. I was not compensated in any way for this review. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Bolden's to anyone needing water damage restoration, disaster recovery, or reconstruction services.
