  Countertops are beautiful and the guys that came to install it could not have been better to work with, however, I would never work with this company again. First, we were told by Katie a timeline of about two weeks less than we ended up having to wait for install. I also had to call several times to get scheduled. Then I called the day before to check the time they’d be here and was told 10-12. At 12:30 the next day I call and ask where they are and another person tells me we are on the schedule for afternoon and she’s so sorry we were told otherwise. Third, they ordered the wrong color sink and when the installers called, she tried to say we picked from their stock (which we did not) then insisted it was the correct one, even though the paperwork clearly states the right color sink and this was clearly not that color. The item numbers didn’t even match. I could hear her arguing with the installer. (Again installers were nothing but nice about things) Then, my husband calls the next day for an update on when we will get the right sink -I was 9 months pregnant and due any day so we just wanted a timeline-and when he expresses our frustration and urgency, Katie tells him it’s “just a sink.” Which now they deny saying and tell us it’s not on the call transcripts. Another lack of accountability. Just a really frustrating experience with customer service and I would NEVER work with Katie again let alone this business. It’s one thing to make a mistake but another thing to not own up to it or belittle how it affects us.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I can not say enough about the incredible customer service received and the knowledge the staff provided, along with the quality of the product. I was already impressed with the service during the selection and set up stage, and the installation when just as well. Every employee I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. Will most definitely be using this company in the future.

  I used Cabinets and Countertops to replace my Formica top that was 25 yrs old with quartz and they did an excellent job. Very detailed, took measurements, verified before cutting to ensure proper fit and everything turned out great. Not only was working with the owner in the showroom a pleasant experience but the field team and installers were very pleasant and professional while working in my home. Not one issue, concern or compliant or desire to have done anything differently. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend and would use again in a heartbeat!
