  Our technician, Shawn, was super and well trained to give us honest answers to our many questions. He found the fault and had the correct replacement part. He was very cordial and didn’t mind when I asked if I could watch as he serviced our HVAC, I was able to learn a thing or two. The A/C is running smoothly and we’re comfortable again. :-) Thanks

  I had a thermostat installed today by A Plus Derr and Kevin was awesome. He helped me set up the app and figuring everything out how to do it from my phone. He was friendly, courteous and very informative. This company is great and I highly recommend them for everyone in Newburgh, IN for all their air condition, heating, and thermostat needs.

  Terrible company! They charge $200 for the first pound of Freon the $180 after that. Our bill was over $1500 to fill up our AC. Our house was built 4 years ago so the coil is under warranty. I don’t recommend this place at all. We should’ve called around first. Lesson learned! We called around after they told us our bill, this is the highest cost by far!! Don’t be like us and waste your money on them.

  Customer service is a joke! ! I had an appointment scheduled and they not only no showed but WE had to call to ask where they were! That’s when we found out they weren’t going to come after sending a text confirming that they would be at the house between eight and 10. Don’t get suckered into buying their service contracts for them to come out and inspect because they won’t show up! So frustrating!

  Horrible experience. Our AC unit is having excess condensation and we were told at previous visits that they could wrap it in insulation. We’ve paid the 99 dollar service fee over two times (and they have done nothing but tell us to call them back in the summer when it’s hot so they can evaluate and fix it). We called back in the summer and the tech was super nice, but all he did was give me the name of an installation company and that they couldn’t do anything for us- charged us 115 dollars for 5 minutes of advice I already knew. Like I said, the tech was fine and professional. The company itself is scamming people for extra visits and service fees to literally do nothing. I would consider that fraud. So disappointing. I will never be using their services again.
