- AMAnthony Moore6 days ago5.0First time using MRS heating and cooling today. I was put on the schedule immediately for an AC tuneup for the summer. Gunner was the technician and great. Very polite and explained everything. He had to replace a capacitor and relay on the unit as they were not reading properly for unit specifications. He explained all the parts and what they are used for. Not to mention he showed up on time. I would recommend MRS to anyone.
