  Chad was here to address our plumbing concerns and make repairs. He quickly provided solutions, answered our questions and had quotes for all work before beginning. The repairs took him upstairs, downstairs and outdoors. His work was done with perfection and all areas were left clean. Kudos to one hard working plumber with Greenwell!!

  We had a major backup this weekend. Jeff came out and fixed not only the problem but also the underlying issue. We also had another issue the next day related to the original issue and Jeff came back and fixed that as well. Fast service and reasonably priced!

  First of all I gave this company several opportunities to co tact me before I posted this review. Apparently they chose to ignore me. I called them after being recommended to me. During g the heat wave ny air quit working. My thermostat kept flashing so I changed the batteries. That did not work. I called the number on the website and explained my troubles. When the employee arrived at my door he did not have any type of tools in his hands. He came in and looked at the furnace area and immediately told me it needed replaced. Ok..you are just a salesman and not a repairman. I told him no. He goes outside to the ac u it and comes right back In to ask if i had recently cut my grass. I tell him yes I had someone cut ut a few hours earlier. He tells me they cut a li e with a weedeater. Ok...so can you fix it?? He says yes Its just a wire and a fuse. Less than 5 minutes later I am paying $700 for 5 mi utez of labor. He came in and it began working and I asked him to check the thermostat as it did not seem to function properly. He assured me it wzs fine. Well...its not The thermostat keeps flashing I called several times to no avail. All I got wzs a man who said he qzs sending g out e mails. A business that refuses to communicate by mouth on a phone is a no go to me. I do not want an email. A week later and no o e responded to my request. I e asked several other companies the cost of repairing a wire and fuse and wzs quoted less than $200 and that included a full diagnosis which wzs not done. So this place just wants to sell and not repair. Lesson learned Stay away Call a well known major company with a good reputation

  Greenwell came through quickly in an emergency when I called Friday at 4pm when we could not turn our water off in the house after a break in the line at the water softener tank. With water shooting out everywhere in our basement I was in a panic when I called and i was reassured she would get someone to come as soon as possible. Dustin arrived quickly & assessed the issue. He repaired the break at the connection in a timely manner. He then shared his experience and advice with us on the matter and gave recommendations on restoration companies. Moving forward any further plumbing needs I have Greenwell will get my call. We'll be sure to request Dustin as well!

  I call a couple of other plumbers before reaching out to Greenwell, and I'm so glad Greenwell is who I went with!! The scheduler I spoke with was very nice and got me on the schedule for service immediately. Brandon B (technician that came to inspect and repair the leak) was very thorough, informative, efficient and kind!! He told me all of my options up front and answered all questions I had so I could make an informed decision. There was no fee for the inspection, and the cost of the repair/parts was very reasonable. He was able to repair everything same day, which I had not anticipated but was very excited about! I will absolutely recommend Greenwell moving forward and plan to contact them with any future plumbing needs!! I would like to say a special thanks to Brandon for responding quickly and being so kind when I was anxious about the potential extent of the damage. He provided peace of mind, was very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable!!
