  I purchased a Duke Energy One hot water heater protection a while back. Well, 11 years later the hot water heater died on me. I called Duke Energy One and they had my new hot water heater processed. I called Greenwell Plumbing and the receptionist said they received the information from DEO and offered an appointment time that worked for me. She told me the service tech could be between 2pm and 5pm. 20 minutes later Mike was here. He had a new hot water heater installed, job complete in 2 hours. Thank you Greenwell Plumbing and thank you Mike for delivering EXCELLENT Service!!

  Exceptional service! We booked an appointment yesterday and were able to get service today. They arrived promptly and had everything diagnosed and taken care of quickly. The service was completed in about 40 minutes. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and explained what was causing the issue. We really appreciate the fast and efficient service.   The crew that will be performing the work are fantastic. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and all seem to work together well. The customer support team is lacking along with their terrible AI assistance that drops your calls. If I continue my business with them it will solely be on how good their techs are.

  had him check into a leak that we are having from our downstairs bathroom, upon his evaluation, he had recommended a different service check that you all offer, which I ended up scheduling for tomorrow. But while he was here, had him go on and drain our water heater for us. Tyler was super friendly and helpful. Honestly, he could be my new best friend lol.

  Thank you Greenwell for diagnosing a pesky drainage problem . Jazz , the supervisor, came out quickly last Friday and did an initial but thorough analysis of the problem. Thankfully the most important drain still worked. Kristoff arrived right on time Monday morning and outlined the various tests that he would run to locate the problem. I went to coffee shop to do some work. Stopped back home before lunch. Kristoff explained the drain issue very well and the repairs that he was implementing. Left again ...came back two hours later. Kristoff explained what he had done. Had me turn on all the water systems. Drains working great. Thanks Jazz and Kristoff. And Thanks to Greenwell always being there when I need you.
