- LELilly Escalante4 days ago5.0By the time I went to the door store to inquire about purchasing a new entry way door I was quite overwhelmed. My existing door was leaking so Zi really had no other choice but to replace it. Amy as well as the entire staff was great. They were all patient with me and helped me select the best product for my home and budget. I would recommend the door store to anyone. They get an A+ for service, product, and knowledge.

- JBJená BellezzaJun 3, 20265.0Amy, I LOVE my door! It was such a pleasure working with you!!! I know my mom & I can be all over the map when we're together but you handled our "chaos" SPLENDIDLY! Thank you! I also want to give kudos to Matt & Mike! They were wonderful with mom, and when I arrived & saw their workmanship, great customer service, and the amazing door, I truly was left speechless with satisfaction! Shopping for me tends to be a chore, but my experience with The Door Store now has me looking forward to the next house purchase we need to make! And that, my friend, is truly a miracle! Keep up the great work!!! From 1 mother-daughter working combo to another...😊
- MGMary G.Apr 27, 20265.0I had an excellent experience working with the Door Store. After seeking three bids, this team was the first to visit my home and discuss installing a new window. They provided a detailed estimate and answered all of my questions. I also stopped by their offices to look at the window they recommended. The company for Bid #2 didn't come to my home and quoted a price over the phone without specifics. The team handling Bid #3 arrived without my name or any details on what I needed. They immediately asked if they could use my bathroom and kept contacting me even after I said I wasn't interested in moving forward. I'm very happy with the finished product, and they were also kind to my dog, who always wants to help. I highly recommend this team and company.
- KBKristen BradyOct 30, 20161.0Staff at the store made a mistake with our order, mistake was not realized until installation. Staff were uncooperative and did not have any desire to help us fix the problem. They would not take responsibility for their actions. They must not be interested in happy, repeat customers, considering the way they treated us. Overall very disappointing experience.
