  Your guys done a great job and was very professional at what they do . They replaced my outsides and and inside wires and added a disconnect. It was a tedious job at times but they got it done and brought it up to code. I would recommend your company to others needing electrical done . I am very pleased with the finished product!!! Thank you Knee’s Electrical Services. And I also want to give a big shout out to your technicians !!!!

  Chris was very professional. He answered every question or concern that I had with patience and detailed explanation. He was very understanding to my concerns and potential needs for fixing or upgrading my electrical system.   I have used in past had great service. This time I called was told I would get a return call a couple hours later I called for a follow up was told same thing, no one called. Next morning I get a text asking if I was still without power I said yes was told a tech would get ahold of me. They do come over let them know we have been without power for 4 days and he was like ok we can schedule for this day. No thank you we will call someone else, then we were able to get someone out to fix it. Our electrician, Pablo I believe his name was, was great had it done power back on. But the hassle of getting ahold of anyone to come out and just look was stressful in an already stressful time.

  We recently experienced a “brownout” in half of our house. Knee’s sent a technician, followed by three others at various points over the next two weeks , to diagnose and repair the problem. They were very patient with our high anxiety about the issue, and did everything they could to get us on track. This on top of driving an hour one way to help. We could not have asked more of them! Highly recommend!
