  Mitch, your guys (Thomas and Jordan) were very professional and did an excellent job. My plumber and my general contractor were very impressed with both the work and the cost. They also mentioned that it is the current builder recommendation that all new homes have an encapsulated crawl space and no vents. I am particularly thankful for the keen observation by Thomas regarding a slow leaking pipe in the crawl space that had not been caught prior to purchase of the home. I have recommended your company to Organize This! and my realtor, and hope your business continues to to prosper. Thank you again!

  We just had our crawl space encapsulated. Doug Caister and the installation team were great to work with. Everything was explained to us in great details. The crew was very professional and informative during the process.

  Mitch and his crew are wonderful. Me and my wife had some foundational issues and sponginess to our floor we wanted to fix. Mitch came and assessed our problems and we ended up getting steel beams put in, new rim board, sill plate, and a full encapsulation. Now our floor doesn’t sink, our home value has gone up, and me and my wife couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for great work at an affordable price go with encapsulations down under!

  We had a basement flood during the heavy rains in the first week of March. The basement did not have a sump pit. We had a sump pit dug and installed, while water was still coming up through the floor of the basement. John did a great job of getting the pump operating to mitigate any further damage to the basement. He was professional, flexible, and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to use encapsulations down under for future needs!
