- JRJames RinkerAug 25, 20261.0Was really hoping I wouldn’t have to write this review. I rented a water softener back in 2010 back when it was Alpha Water Conditioning. After moving, I had them install the softener at my parents home. Fast forward to last month and I get a collections letter from a debt collector. My step father passed away a year ago and stopped paying the bill. Admittedly, I should have ensured the bill was no longer in my name, however he was paying the bill for 16 years and was never late and never missed a payment. I tried to see if Aqua Systems would show any empathy considering he passed away but they did not. They insist I still owe them over $1,000! Mind you, this water softener was paid for, 4 times over in the 16 years it was rented. On top of that, with over 30 grains of hardness in the water, this water softener was not even working anymore! I am appalled that Aqua Systems chooses to do business this way. I encourage whoever is reading this to strongly consider doing business elsewhere. Aqua Systems flat out does not care.

- SSSasha SmithJul 22, 20261.0Had their water softner and whole home filter system from 2021-2025 on a payment plan. I had a house fire Dec 2024. We were out of the house due to fire and smoke damage for a total of 8 months. Moved back in July 2025. I called Aqua Systems and let them know of my fire in January of 2025. They kept billing me for 3 more months even though we didn't have any utilities on or living there. I called to inquire as to why in March 2025. They said Fire isn't covered. (What a joke!) So i had them come pick up their equipment. Then they charged me another month and I refused to pay. So now here we are in 2026 and im in collections over $30 from aqua systems! How heartless and inconsiderate of a company! Wow speechless and will be telling everyone i know NOT to buy anything from them ever!
