- ADAmy DavisApr 18, 20265.0I cannot say enough about my experience with White House. We had water damage in our basement almost a year ago. We had the unfortunate experience of deficient mitigation and shoddy construction with another company before enlisting help from White House. Their predecessors left mold in our finished basement and caused more damage to our home than what they repaired. This led to a nasty battle with that company and a disappointing experience with our homeowner’s insurance. White House came in on the tail end of someone else’s mess and put our home back together. They took every precaution to keep the mold contained during demo, disposal and cleaning. I could tell within 10 minutes of working with them the night and day difference in their experience level and professionalism. 90% of the work done by the previous company had to be ripped out and redone. White House was just amazing! They explained each step of the process, answered all my many questions, and put me at ease after having such a horrible experience. They worked diligently to ensure that things were done properly this time. They had great communication throughout the process. I was always able to talk to someone about the process and what to expect next. They took great pride in their quality workmanship. Our space was thoroughly and properly cleaned and re constructed! I am so relieved to be done with this project. I am grateful to have my families’ living space back. After 10 months of taped off ‘quarantined’ space and air purifiers, we can finally breathe easy and enjoy our space. I can’t thank them enough for the huge role they played in making that happen. While I hope to never need professional restoration services again…. I know exactly who I am calling if I do! They also provide lots of other cleaning services to the community outside of restoration work. If you are in need of any of these services, they should be your first call! They are a small family owned business and take pride in what they do and pride in doing it well! They were the light at the end of the tunnel in this horrible experience!!
