  Waking up to a wet kitchen with water dripping from the ceiling, I started making calls based on plumber recommendations from my neighborhood Facebook page. The first two places couldn’t schedule me until next week. The third place, Tyler’s, not only was able to fit me in the same day but wound up being able to arrive 3 hours early. At every point, I experienced friendly, professional interactions. The service coordinator was warm and sympathetic; the plumber, Devon, diagnosed the issue quickly, was able to resolve it within an hour, and made friends with my puppy. This was my first time calling on Tyler’s - it definitely won’t be my last!

  I can’t say enough good things about this company and the tech who came out, Justin. When I called after hours, I talked to a real person (not AI like some places I called) and they were out sooner than I had expected. Justin was so knowledgeable, efficient, calm, and polite! I was extremely stressed and frazzled and he handled the situation extremely professionally. The work was done quickly and I appreciate that he explained everything he did in detail. I highly recommend this company!

  Only when I get exceptionally great service will I leave a review. Stephen came about 2 weeks ago to help us with a plumbing project for a new shower. He got everything done quickly and we were so impressed. A week later, we realized that our water supply line needed to be higher due to a new vanity we were installing. Not only did he come back and fix it within a business day, our invoice was $0. We called to make sure we were billed correctly and told it was indeed no charge. Very impressive customer service. We will refer and use you again for sure Thanks, Bill and Leslie Shoemaker

  Hands down the best service in the area, and they were actually reasonable on price too. I needed a completely new A/C system. I got quotes from all the major players (Four Winds, Home Comfort Experts, Church Plumbing and Heating, Legacy Heating and Cooling, and Tylers) I had them all come out to the house, inspect my system, and provide me a quote. Specifically I worked with Dakota for the quote. He was the ONLY person that gave me direct straightforward answers to my questions. Like if i asked "How much to go up a level in my A/C?? Or add an extra sensor" Dakota would say "Roughly this amount." No BS, no runaround, just his best guess. They came in competitive on price, itemized EVERYTHING, and even gave me up front offers of bundle and cash discounts. Not the typical "let me go back and see what we can do". He just said "We would take this much off if you bundle". This might sound like what any company would do, I can assure you it is not. Go ahead and try it for yourself. After i got quotes, I looked into the terms of contact for each company. One of them included property access upon failure to pay. Another said POINT BLANK in the fine print "this is not the final price". Tyler's was reasonable and fair. The installation was done by Lincoln, and Aaron. They all did excellent work. Were highly professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Including staying multiple hours after they were done just to deal with my paranoia. When it came time to pay, I had some special circumstances because I have data security concerns. I worked with Dan, their CFO, and we came up with a solution that would meet my requirements. I cannot thank Tyler's enough for their professionalism, patience, and sincere desire to help. I'll never forget it.

  Saw their name on Facebook and I called and to my surprise a real life person picked up and not AI. Emily had an amazing attitude for me calling 2 minutes until 5pm on the hottest day of the summer. I told her my dilemma and she went over the options that I had. I told her we have a 20 year old furnace and AC and other companies told me I needed to replace it because there was no reason to put money in a system as old as that when it was not running. She explained to me the difference between a service call and a sales call and what I could expect from each. I asked her for her honest opinion and what she would do in my situation. She told me that encourages customers to always weight out their options before making a decision. In a day and age where every other company told me to not waste anyone’s time and just get a new system she clearly explained all the options I had and allowed me to make the decision. We chose to get set up for a sales call by the end of it. I have never experienced such tremendous honesty and knowledge from just the person who answered the phone and that already makes me feel confident in our decision of having Tyler’s come out and quote us a new system. Could definitely tell she is passionate about helping people even though I am sure she didn’t want to spend 15 minutes on the phone with me at the end of her day. And this was just my experience before anyone even stepped foot in my home. Great job Tyler’s!!.
