My wife and I were shopping for tile for our bathroom remodeling. The salesperson was very informative and friendly. We were able to take home several choices in order to see them at home to be able to make a decision with the lighting we have.

Erica was tremendous to work with. She even let me cry on her shoulder when the stress from my home build was overwhelming me. She took time to discuss all of my options and to let me bounce ideas off of her. She was an excellent resource for floor buying.

We had a fabulous experience with Joers. Sydney was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Noel did the install and he was perfect! He came when he said he would, he installed perfectly and left us with a beautiful new runner on our stairs. Thanks so much to both of you!! We will be back.
