  I was very impressed with the quality of my new equipment as well as the quality installation. After the units were installed they did a test of both the air and furnace. My new wi-fi thermostat was set up. They showed me the units and gave me an explanation about each. My thermostat was set up and he sat with me and showed me how to set it up on my phone and use it. There was never a mess. They cleaned up as they installed and left the area spotless when they left. They were also very friendly and polite. *Bonus - I always make sure I get the manuals that come with my equipment. Azael built a ‘paper tray’ for my manuals. They will never be misplaced!

  Nathan was very helpful. He answered many questions we had for him about Home Comfort plumbing program. The job it self was a very short job time wise job. If my husband was still living could of done it.My complaint which has nothing to do with Nathan (but is Home Comfort prices) was the job that took a $9 gasket from Lowe's cost $125. To me that was way to expensive but a 79 year old widow can not do herself. Nathan was very polite & kind excepting all my criticism. That is why I gave 5 star.

  I would never under any circumstance call this company again. My AC was intermittent and I set an appointment which in the message states 99.00 to diagnose. Gets here and charges me 275.00 just to tell me I need a new control board. So we set an appointment and he tells me 1308.00 for the board and to replace he’ll be back in a few days when part gets here. So I call a friend who does that same kind of work and he gets me the board for 100.00 and installed it in not even 20 minutes for me. Needless to say I asked for a supervisor to reach out and explain the costs and break it down for me. I never got the return phone call. So 100.00 part turns into a 275.00 diagnostic fee and 1308.00 to fix had I went thru them. That’s a total of 1583.00 off 100.00 part and 20 minutes of labor. 1483.00 for 20 minutes of labor and 10 minutes to diagnose. Then to make it even worse they jammed a little clip in my safety switch on the furnace door. So when I open the door it stayed powered on! They left the safety switch bypassed how professional is that! So between the absolute crazy mark up and completely unprofessional ways they will never hear from me again. It’s companies like this that buy out all these other companies just to monopolize the industry!

  We have worked with this company since 2023. They replaced our mini splits and service our home whenever we need. I have had a good experience over the few years. The techs have been great, service is pretty rapid. There was on incident that left me feeling off about the company. This happened back in May of 2026 and I waited to leave this review to see if I felt the same about the situation as time passed. I called back in May because two of our mini splits were malfunctioning. They would not turn on what so ever. I called and spoke to them they explained someone could come out and look and they stated “there will be a fuel fee, if there’s any extra cost for repairs they will let you know”. I said okay that’s perfect. Fast forward they show up and examine the mini splits. Tech finds that there’s nothing wrong just some kind of malfunction, he processed to charge us an additional $50 for the service and it’s called an “oopsie fee”. I questioned why this wasn’t stated up front?? Tech stated he didn’t know why they didn’t tell me. I was left feeling off about the company because as a business owner myself I ALWAYS tell my customers up front before I charge a diagnostic fee or whatever it may be. They only stated they would charge a “fuel fee” and never mentioned the “oopsie fee” I don’t mind paying what so ever. Just the fact that they have hidden fees which really can say alot about a company. Especially for customers who are paying a monthly membership. Even members experience hidden fees, I can only imagine what they charge to non members. I also called and told them about this before paying the $50, the person stated it’s an “oopsie fee”. That should be stated prior.

  I would not give this business even a 1 star but you can’t give less. I call them out in 2024 to inspect my ac for not cooling my home. They inspected the system and said unit was leaking Freon and contaminated due to damage to condenser. They told me they would need to evacuate and recharge the system and if that didn’t work replace the condenser. They did that and still no change so they told me I need to replace the condenser. Total spend 5500. This started in late June. They said they would order it and it would be a couple weeks. There couple weeks turned into a couple months. They install it in September. Of course we didn’t use it much as temp during that time of year are dropping. Summer of 2025 comes and same issues ac on temp won’t go lower than 74 with unit set to 68 with temps over 85. They come out tell me the Freon was low and had to fill it up. Crazy as they just fixed it. Still no different. Came out again and then told they could not find anything. Another tech comes out again and tells me we have vents closed and furniture blocking the vents on the main level. Open the vents no change. Now its winter again. Now summer of 2025. We get different furniture and all vent are unblocked. We did get 2 degree better but still won’t go under 72 when set to 68 with temp above 80. They came out again now tell me I have a flow issue need to clean unit in furnace and clean ducts replace air filter. I higher a company they do both and I change the filter no change. I hired another company for a second opinion to find out they installed a lower grade condenser than what we had that was not big enough our home. Now I have spent 6500 over the last couple years to fix a problem that is still there. This company scams there customers and uses tech that have no idea what there doing. Now I am stuck was a ac unit that does not keep my house as cool as the one they took out.
