  I just had Home Comfort Experts from my here for my spring tune-up and I couldn't be more pleased. The service me twice a year, and I've even come out when my system failed in winter. They are prompt reliable and above all honest, I couldn't think I have a better company to do business with. The maintenance technicians are top-notch, I'm a disabled elder and they treat me with respect and dignity. I highly recommend this company above all others

  We are SO PLEASED!! The sales experience was respectful and convenient. Phil installed our system and was AWESOME!!! He and Luis did a GREAT job!!! Phil communicated every step of the way. He was so efficient and made a huge effort to make our system work for our 1950s home. THANK YOU PHIL!! We considered a DIY option, but after seeing the excellent and professional work on the installation, we are SO HAPPY that Phil/Luis/Home Comfort handled it instead of us!

  Do not use this company! They will up charge you on everything and are not upfront about their service fees. They also just up charge you for repairs for the heck of it. When I scheduled my appointment, I was told I would pay a $100 fee and once the technician got here, he told me it would be $276. All he did was unscrew four bolts and look at my unit. After he left I was able to figure out what was wrong, buy the part off Amazon for less than $100, and fix it myself within 10 minutes. This company wanted to charge me $1100 to do the repair. Not including the $276 I had already paid. Learn from my mistake save your money and go with a different company or figure out how to fix it yourself

  Home comfort experts was extremely helpful with getting to us ASAP when our air conditioner was knocked off it's base when doing construction on our house. Granted the one we had was 40 years old...but they worked with us and were able to start the job the very next day. They removed the old one and installed the new one in a new location. Answered all our questions. Our technician, Azael Acosta, was very nice and wanted to make sure all our questions were answered and to our liking. I highly recommend him as a technician.

  Firstly let me begin by saying I have an annual maintenance contract with Home Comfort Experts (that I just renewed and I’m regretting) A technician came in March to provide this annual service maintenance on my furnace. A short time later, I found that the furnace wasn’t working properly after this visit. Another technician came out to check it out only to discover that the previous technician had forgotten to connect the capacitor! Less than 30 days later, my furnace stopped working! It was just blowing cold air. I called your office (again) early yesterday morning and was told the earliest someone could come out was the following day. When I asked what time frame to expect the technician, I was told that they couldn’t narrow the window of technician’s arrival time. The best that they could do was let me know 30 minutes before arrival. Do you not have some form of scheduling for your technicians so that they know where they are going and what they are working on??? Previously, I was at least given a time frame (morning or afternoon). I was “tied” to my home all day awaiting the phone call. The technician arrived at 5:00 pm which meant that someone in the office clearly knew that no one was coming to my house that morning and could’ve easily informed me that I could expect an afternoon appointment. If that weren’t bad enough, the technician said the problem with the furnace was “lack of maintenance”! The burner in the furnace had NOT been cleaned during the previous “maintenance” call and as a result the pilot could not turn on! THREE visits to do routine maintenance on a furnace is concerning! I was charged for each visit for Home Comfort Experts’ ineptness! At the very least, I think I deserve a refund on those return technician visits! Also, it was very frustrating trying to get to a live person and getting past A.I. Sarah!
