I signed up for the comfort club and scheduled a furnace inspection. I continue to get AI texts asking me if I want to sign up for a furnace inspection, despite already being scheduled. When I and get past the AI Voice assistant, I speak to a different person every time and they are never on the same page when it comes to scheduling. I also tried to schedule a plumbing estimate and they could not give me a time window. Not even AM or PM. I can't sit at home all day long waiting for the plumber to arrive. Really sick of the AI. I will take my business elsewhere.

Despite having a miscommunication and unnecessary work added to our work order, the installation team was phenomenal and management worked with us to find a solution. I would highly suggest confirming the details of the work when they get there before any work is preformed, like at an auto shop, to avoid confusion. Other than that, grateful for these guys.

So my mom’s water heater which I found out was installed in 89 for $200 was leaking and needed replaced. Michael came this morning to look it over and gave her an estimate that wasn’t in her budget. My mom only had a certain amount that she could spend for this and after discussing this over with Michael, his management team worked with her and was able to make this happen on the budget that she could afford. This is a great company Who cares about the elderly and how tough it is when you’re living on a budget. I say this because I called around to several different companies and they would not budge and their prices given to us were way past the initial price given through Home comfort Experts.I appreciate this family owned business for caring about the budgets of not only elderly but the hard working neighbors. What a blessing you are to ones who worked all their lives and are just trying to do what they can with what they have as they live in what they call the Golden years. But anyone who has parents in their 80s know that they struggle in this money hungry world. But we have to recognize and thank companies like this, that allows them to live with dignity for all their years of hard work. So, thank you Michael and I thank your management team as well. Your company will continue to be blessed. Your neighbors The Lester Family

I found a leak in my water heater at 1am (on a Friday), HCE was at my house by 8:30am, and the new water heater was installed before noon. I was fully expecting to be without hot water for the weekend, which would have been a huge bummer because it was my son’s birthday party and we had several out-of-town guests staying with us. I was thrilled and surprised that HCE got this taken care of so quickly. The price was a bit high but I got a high quality unit and same day installation, so it was worth it!
