I decided to purchase a shed. I looked at quite a few. I decided on Tuff Shed. Elliott McCullough provided excellent customer service. A smooth process. The installers came and did exactly what needed to be done. I would recommend them.

We were in the market for a new shed at our home. I looked at several local builders and what they had to offer. Then I remembered a commercial for Tuff Shed from many years ago, with a guy riding a motorcycle over the roof tops of the Tuff Shed sheds, only to have him crash through the roof of a cheaper quality built shed. That stuck in my mind for a few decades. We went looking at Tuff Sheds at Home Depots, then drove by a few Tuff Shed locations, then went on their site to build a quote. The next day I get a call from Elliott McCullough, out of the Tuff Shed Merrillville location. Elliott is a very professional and friendly individual. We hit it off right away. We meet Elliott at his location in Merrillville. He helped us in every step and stayed in contact with us all the way through this process. Throught Elliott, I met Alberto Hernandez, the contractor who, with the help of his son, build my shed. On the day that my shed was to be built, Mother Nature was in a mood. The ground was wet and my backyard turns to mud quickly. Alberto came out and suggested that we reschedule so that they would not track mud all over the new shed, also for safety reasons as he would be up on the wall trying to nail in the plywood, we don't need him falling off the building and getting hurt. We agreed to try again the following week. The weather was better the next week, so Alberto and his son, got to work right away on setting up to assemble the shed. Both Alberto and his son, take pride in what they do and it shows. I had asked Alberto some questions, without hesitation he answered them. I had to leave for work and my wife was home, Alberto took the time to explain things to my wife, so that she could later explain then to me. Example, I ordered the heavy duty ramps, Alberto showed my wife how the positioning of the ramps is important. There are two settings or lips for the ramps to sit on. If the ramp is on the upper lip, you came drive your mower or whatever into the shed smoothly, but you will not be able to close the doors. If the ramp is on the lower lip, the doors will close as they should. Alberto demonstrated what that looked like for my wife, so she could video tape it to show me later. I am very pleased with the quality of the build, and the professionalism from Elliott and Alberto. This is 10x16 Premier Pro Tall Ranch shed. They have many more styles and options to choose from.

We are beyond pleased with how our Tuff Shed turned out. Alberto the installer did a perfect job installing the shed. He was considerate of our lawn and of our time. He was even able to throw the fresh coat of paint on before the cold weather hit instead of putting it off till Spring. Elliot at Tuff Shed was beyond helpful. He was guiding the install process the whole way and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome of our shed. Even after it being built he stressed that if we needed anything in the future warranty wise with the shed to not hesitate to contact him. 5 of 5 would recommend!!!!

Elliot was great at Tuff Shed. They had the wrong soffit and Elliot had the crew back the next day to finish the installation. It’s a great shed that replaced a wreck.
