Not same day service. Didn't have the correct size water heater so they purchased one from Lowes. Did not replace water valve on washing machine as they originally stated the would. Too expensive as the total bill for a simple electric water heater replacement was $3,085 with the water heater coming from Lowes. Although the installers were polite I wouldn't recommend or use their overpriced labor.

Very good service. John was very polite and professional. He resolved the problem and inspected our system. We contracted with them immediately! Six days later… Cody and Jason came to change the faulty pressure tank and get the piping up to code. These two men worked meticulously, hard, answering any questions we had politely and professionally and leaving the work area spotless when they were finished! We contracted with them and would refer them to anyone. Thanks Summer’s P and H and thanks John, Cody and Jason!

I had a great tech today Chase did a great job explaining what was wrong with my furnace and what I could do to fix it. He not only did that but told me they had options of doing payments for new furnace & central air conditioning system That I have never had. So I tried it & was able to get both are a very very reasonable payment as a single mom . Thanks so much Chase, thank you also for being so kind hearted to my Autisic daughter ! Definitely will recommend Summers.

Seth was the first tech that came to my home to access the issues. He was very nice and professional but didn’t include the shower doors on my order like we’d discussed. When I mentioned it to him he acted surprised and said “miscommunication,” and instead of including the price of the doors in my initial estimate, he still charged me for them. I didn’t think that was right and it upset me, so, Mindy from corporate called me and offered a refund on the doors which I appreciated.
Tyler C, Jacob, and Eli were the techs that arrived on the first day to start the work. When they arrived, I was trying to pick up the glass from my the back window of my car from being damaged by the hail storm and put it in a bag, and Jacob and Eli were so nice to take initiative to use their shop vacs to help pick up the glass. I really appreciated their help beyond what they were there to do. Tyler and Jacob were the main techs there from days 2-4 and they were always very polite and professional in my home and would gladly answer and questions I had. They did a lot of work updating many aspects of the outdated plumbing in my home and installed a new water heater, toilet and walk-in shower too. I really admire their plumbing knowledge and hard work.
Jacob was very conscientious about keeping his shoe coverings on when he came in the house, especially since I had carpet in areas. Tyler had to reposition the shower pipe/nozzle so to accommodate my height but left an uneven putty mess in the former opening. I think he could’ve smoothed it out more with a putty knife so I won’t have to sand it down so much.
Josh and Tyler S. came another day to install the shower doors and they were very pleasant too. Josh though, had some trouble with applying the caulking and it looked messy in spots. I’m still not satisfied on how it looks on the amount I paid for the shower.
Tyler S, came back a few days later because one of the doors was not gliding on the track and was catching in an area. He fixed the issue and tried to fix some of the caulking. He replaced the toilet seat because the cover had been accidentally scratched up when installed. He also helped adjust the water temperature and helped with a leak behind the water softener that was showing on the floor, from someone accidentally not tightening an area all the way.
He came back another time to help with a small issue, he’s always very patient and explains many different things about plumbing that I wasn’t aware of.
Overall, I think summer‘s employees are very nice, pleasant and professional technicians.
There are a few minor issues that had to be addressed, but I would call them again when I need them, plus I’m on their yearly maintenance plan. That means they will come and check on things if I need them to and it won’t be as expensive as if not on the plan.

The service from summers was amazing! 5 star technicians. Fast. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Professional. I signed up and paid in advance for a three year service contract. They are our go to people now and will be helping us get a full replacement in the next year or two. Amazing techs!! I had Matt and Wes and Josh come by and they were all fun, friendly, and very knowledgeable! Great work guys! You really made up for the scheduling experience and secured me as a long term customer!
3 stars is what I would give for a review of scheduling the service and not the service itself.
I called and talked to the AI Sarah. Scheduled the appointment. All went very well. Smooth.
Then I was unavailable when someone from summers called back. They didn't leave a message. I tried to call them back and I got Sarah.
I told Sarah I was returning a call and then she had me go through everything again. With me saying yes that's my address, yes that's my phone number, yes that's my name. Only for her to repeat what I had scheduled for today. No updated ETA no "let me connect you to the tech that tried to reach out" just yep here are your appointments. So I say live representative.
I finally get someone and I say live representative to them and they confirm they are real. BUT THEN THE LIVE GUY DOES THE SAME THING.
Yes, that's my name. Yes, that's my address. Yes, that's my phone number. Like they don't trust their own AI, which swore it was part of the team, and it's verifications it already did. He could see I had talked to old Sarah. Then he gives me THE SAME ANSWER. You have appointments today...he said "will you be available if they call back?" My response "I hope so" because my goodness what a hassle and wow....what weird support.
After being tested with white gloves by kingdom roofing in Marion this feels really bad.
I just received a call back! Thankfully I was holding my phone and could answer it because you can't call them back! My plumber is coming!
