  Dustin Carpenter arrived ready to give me a quote onseveral jobs. i was happy with the quote and proceeded with the work. Dustin removed two toilets and replaced them with new ones. He installed new water shut off valves where needed and water supply lines. He also installed an undersink water filtration unit. Everything checked out fine before he left. Very pleased with Dustin's work.

  Just needed an honest consultation and that’s exactly what I got. Baylon was very courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. Extremely cheap pricing as well for the time and inspection I received . 10 out of 10 would recommend!

  Experienced an issue with my tub and shower running at the same time and low water pressure. Hoosier Drain Guys sent out one of their technicians and resolved my issue at a reasonable price! This company is straight forward and truly focuses on fixing the issue you call them out to take care of. I will use them for any issues I might have in the future. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone local

  TERRIBLE!!! We used them twice and things were pretty decent. Well tonight we had a guy come out … he was t even there an hour! Said he couldn’t figure it out. Said he thought it was at a certain spot which we knew it couldn’t be because we had it apart and snaked it once ourselves but our snake wasn’t long enough. He definitely barely tried at all. He then tried to say well you need to let us just cut it open and then put another piece in - a part that would cost $20 and they wanted us to pay an extra $160 for a job that wouldn’t have taken long at all. We just work full time and have kids or we would have finished it ourselves. Definitely not happy at all. The effort was TERRIBLE…. Pretty sure he even took a personal call while at our house and was like yea I’m done here … like you didn’t even try my guy and still charged us $52 😬 Our house is up to code … the guy was literally under the house maybe five mins the rest of the time he was not and he was definitely not down there with a camera. He spent all of five minutes running water. We have 3 clean outs. We ended up hiring someone else who got down under there and had it fixed within 20 minutes. A lot of the time the guy was sitting around trying to figure out what to do and waiting on a response from the boss and talking on his phone to some girl. You should really talk to the customer before making false accusations. My husband even said it’s 3 inch not 4 and the guy said that’s ok it can be 3. This modular was moved here and had to be up to code before they could move it in.

  Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Technician was knowledgeable and provided thorough diagnostic testing and explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand. First job was to fix leaks and drains in the crawlspace that were compromised during the flood. Second job was to finish up a bathroom project that I started and couldn’t finish due to multiple roadblocks; tub plug being stuck and an outdated tub thread adapter. The technician arrived on time and was punctual at each appointment.
