  Ponce, has installed an efficient AC unit 2 yrs ago for a reasonable price, at our Mom's house. This year our AC unit had to be replaced, again...most reasonable estimate, fair, honest work. We were told our furnace needed to be replaced, by (another company). Unbeknownst to me, it was a dead bird & a huge nest in the pip. Thank God, Ponce & his staff are intelligent enough to trouble shoot, & repair it. Saving us a LOT of money! Good old school honesty & integrity w/o being greedy, we need more of that. Thank you guys

  We recently had our furnace replaced by the Ponce team. And not only was the job clean and well done. But the team was also so nice to work with. Very professional and honest. They explained step by step what they were working on and why we needed a new furnace. 10/10 experience. Will for sure be rebooking in the future.

  Very professional! They did a full maintenance on my HVAC systems and provided with a full report with easily understandable information for customers!:) Very friendly, kind, and easy to communicate. 10/10 would recommend and would use their services again!!

  This is the second time something broke within my furnace in the last four years and both times Ponce heating and cooling came and fixed it right away. I’m not rich so I was also worried about price. Not to mention it’s the middle of the winter where pricing typically goes up with other companies. But they gave me the most reasonable prices & same day service. My daughters and I are forever grateful for their service.
