- AAAnthony AlbertOct 5, 20265.0Needed my Apu serviced. Was helped by Jacob. Excellent service. These thermoking places can be hit or miss. This location is a hit. Called at 0800. Was there by 0830. Was out with my apu back up and running by 1000. Will be bringing my truck here from now on for service. Highly recommended.
- KKKarenSep 22, 20265.0Absolutely Awesome! APU wouldn't start or go into standby mode, no error indicator lights and the controller backlight would not go off (even with the APU turned off). It was getting very warm after being on for over 24hrs. Without an appointment, these guys quickly found the problem and got me back on the road in about an hour. Angel, Mike & Jacob were all very helpful and pleasant. Great customer service!
