  We had Summers come out to check and verify the installation of an Aprilaire Whole House Humidifier installation that they performed in late December 2023, early January 2024. It was confirmed that the Aprilaire thermostat installation position on the air return trunk was indeed incorrect. The Summers technician, Patrick, was able to quickly confirm and identify the issue(s) and provide a relatively easy and straight-forward solution. He was extremely knowledgable and experienced. He also took the time to answer additional questions and address potential concerns that went above and beyond the initial reason for the appointment. We were only charged the $99 diagnostic fee which was very fair given the time and additional work that was done. Thank you Patrick for your time, patience, insight and future recommendations to consider!

  Placed a request on a Friday afternoon, promptly got an automated response to further facilitate the service call, followed by a phone call to confirm, and the tech within the hour. Jordan was professional, courteous, explained everything he was doing, called his supervisor with a question when a root cause could not be determined, fixed a drain pipe that wasn't appropriately glued, and discussed next steps if the issue were to continue.

  David has come to service units at our current house and previous house. He likes dogs and he's extremely courteous. 10/10 would recommend. We ended up declining repairs to fix ourselves as it was cheaper once he found the problem. He was not pushy at all about it. Very positive experience.

  Had Danen Mathew out for a routine dryer vent cleaning, but he helped with so much more, including finding a small gas leak we had not identified before, replacing some vent fittings that were beat up and improperly installed before, and fixing the dyer tumbler. The supervisor that came out to help with the gas leak was friendly and fast, and Danen was incredibly helpful and kind and got our dryer back in great shape!

  Paid $99 for nothing. The technician came looked at the Ac said it was good. Duck work is not blocked. Said the vapor barrerer would cost me $10k to look deeper into the problem. But 1 side of my house is not getting ac. Im not a ac technician but it sounds like something got disconnected on one side of my house.
