  I had a great experience with Powell Heating and Cooling! They installed my new HVAC and air-conditioning system and were professional, friendly, clean, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They took the time to answer every question I had—even the ones I thought might be silly—and made sure I understood how my new system worked and how to properly use it. I never felt rushed, and they genuinely seemed focused on making sure everything was done right and that I was comfortable with the system before they left. They were respectful of my home, cleaned everything up when they were finished, and made the entire process easy. Great service and great people. I would absolutely recommend Powell Heating and Cooling!

  I had them come and do my air-conditioning annual maintenance and check up. They found a condenser that was going bad and replaced it immediately. Actually saved me money instead of it going out in this heat and causing more damage. They have always been excellent at Customer service. Gary Roeder is always on top of things with your appointments and billing. Always willing to come out and give a second opinion if you just need something checked or feel like what you have isn’t functioning properly. I would 100% recommend them for a check up. Another company told me a year ago that I need my furnace replaced. I had Powell heating and cooling come and check it and they said nope it’s working fine. It’s old but it’s working fine.

  Great experience with Powell Heating & Cooling! Showed up within a couple hours of my call, quickly diagnosed a failed run capacitor and low refrigerant charge, made the repair, and had our AC cooling again. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. Fair pricing and excellent service. Highly recommend!

  I can't rate them more than one star because they didn't show up. I called them for more than 10 times and after a ring the answering machine would start talking. Left them a voice but still didn't hear back. Drove for 35 min, waited for one and half hour no one showed up and drove again for 35 min back to work. This is not the way they should do business.
