  Was having trouble with my master bath toilet periodically flushing ever minute or so. Called Summers and they came out promptly and performed a diagnosis. The repair only took a little while after the diagnosis. Prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. From now on they will be my choice for any HVAC or plumbing problems!

  We called for an emergency service tonight. We had a main line sewer backup and called Summers. Paul was our plumber and he was amazing!! You could tell immediately he knew what he was doing and his confidence put us at ease. He called when he was on his way, came out, explained everything clearly, was upfront about pricing especially since it was an emergency service. He did work outside in the dark, and inside until nearly 11 p.m. He stayed to make sure every drain and appliance was draining before he left. He went above and beyond, was very friendly, personable, and we'll definitely use Summers again because of the great service he provided. Thank you Paul!!

  Rylan was a very nice and personable guy! He was very informative, explained the pricing and other options for maintaining not only the Furnace, but also our A/C unit, and plumbing/water heater. I could tell he really enjoys his job. Thank you Rylan for a great customer experience and for all the very helpful information.

  Such a wonderful and courteous employee technician whose name is John...He was extremely helpful and informative as to my concerns with different issues that we would like to address in the near future...I called and they came right out the same day and showed me where the problem was.. Plus gave my disabled Vietnam Marine Veteran a warm THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE as well as a discount for being a veteran...Thank you ...He is truly an asset to your company... Sincerely , SGT.   I 100% recommend this company! We had a new furnace installed and had an amazing experience. Christopher was the lead technician, and he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was training a few others during the job, and the entire crew worked diligently and efficiently. Everything was explained perfectly to me, and it was a pleasure having them here. Great team, great leadership, and excellent service!
