  We had significant bowing in our basement walls from soil pressure outside, and Nova Basement Systems made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Niles came out to assess the damage and walk us through our options. He was thorough, explained the "why" behind the recommended approach, and put together a repair plan that made sense for our situation: carbon fiber straps on the walls that were bowing inward, plus wall anchor brackets connected to anchors buried in the yard to actually pull one wall back into position. He never made us feel pressured, and he took the time to answer all our questions. Myles and his crew handled the installation, and their work was excellent. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced -- the carbon fiber straps were installed cleanly, and the anchor system was set up with minimal disruption to our lawn. They cleaned up well after the project and walked us through everything they did once the job was finished. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Nova was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Our basement walls are stabilized, and we have real peace of mind knowing the structural issue has been professionally addressed. I highly recommend Niles, Myles, and the whole Nova team for anyone dealing with foundation or basement wall problems.
