  Jon was a pleasure to work with. He reached out to let me know when he would be at our home. When he arrived, he explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions or concerns that he might need to check out. After he was done checking the dehumidifier and 2 sump pumps, he went outside to make sure out catch basin was clean. A very through job, and pleasant young man.

  I inherited the system from the old owners. Nova cannot figure out where the water is coming in-so please save yourself the aggravation and go with someone else
