  I had a new air conditioning system installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Colin, Matt, and Logan B. were wonderful— professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. They worked efficiently, answered my questions, and made sure everything was installed properly and working perfectly before they left. I truly appreciate their hard work and excellent service. Highly recommend this team and the entire staff at Goodman Plumbing and Air Conditioning Company.

  This company is fast and efficient. The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. There were no high pressure sales, but rather options. They don't charge an extra house visit charge, like others I contacted. I would highly recommend this company.

  I had a great experience with Goodman Plumbing. They were quick to come out when my water heater went out, and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The old water heater was removed and a new one was installed in the same day. There was some minor damage that occurred during the service, but I was extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally it was handled. The management team was wonderful to work with and immediately took steps to rectify everything. They stayed in communication with me, coordinated what was needed, and made sure everything was taken care of. I truly believe how a company responds when something doesn’t go exactly as planned says a lot about their customer service. Goodman Plumbing handled the situation with professionalism, accountability, and great communication. I really appreciate the team for their responsiveness and follow-through and would absolutely recommend them!

  Logan & Carey arrived promptly, listened to the issue and immediately started working to troubleshoot the drain. They were clean, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was very impressed by how quickly they identified the issue and didnt give me a 'run around'. Highly recommend.
