  I would like to thank all the great people from Roto rooter, they were courteous compassionate and very helpful with our water damage and plumbing issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has any of those type of issues. Once again a giant thanks for all help.

  I totally agree with the review left by Jenn M. The crew working on the issues at my son's house were Levi, Loren and Austin. It was a major job and they kept me updated and worked diligently in temperatures over 100 degrees. I appreciated the levity they brought to a stressful situation. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter of Kokomo.

  Nate and the restoration crew did a very good job! They were easy to communicate with and explained everything they did with good detail and encouraged me to ask questions to ensure I was understanding and ok with everything they were doing!

  I got to experience all three lines of business. The plumbing , excavation and restoration. To say a stressful time was made easy is an understatement. Xavier and Cody were personable and charming trying to get my sewer line open. They were knowledgeable and helpful with information and next steps. They worked diligently and were a great resource. The excavation team was out of this world. I absolutely loved that they showed such joy working together. They were able to get the job done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves to expectations laid out before job began. The fact that they could work hard together and joke around showed me this company has a great culture. Enjoying your job and being at ease helps customers like me breathe easier in a tough situation. Who wants miserable people showing up to do your work? I saw another review upset about their victory dance. I loved it and the crew kept in touch with me through my cameras I was delighted by their humor! They even offered to get a tree out of the way so the roots weren’t a future problem. That is amazing initiative! Restoration was a gem! The team got to work quickly to stop further damage from the sewage back up. They communicated with the insurance company and handled everything. The crew was always polite, friendly and respectful. They all were happy to be working and worked hard. I applaud their work ethic and teamwork. It was apparent they trust each other and take pride in what they do. The experience was amazing and I highly recommend this branch and the team they have. It’s obvious they have an amazing work relationship and it shows it how they got the job done efficiently and effectively!
