  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. For the first appointment they ran a hose and cleaned my line, which shot sewage water all over my walls. They only cleaned up half the mess and still charged $300. I had them replace around a 10 ft section of sewage pipe outside. They tore up all of my back and a huge part of my side yard. I was told when I signed for the job that they were going to have to dig it by hand since it was within 2 feet of a gas line, that ran the length of the sewage line. Which is Indiana Code Chapter 8-1-26, the Underground Plant Protection Law. When they took out a bush/tree, they threw it into another bush, tearing up that bush and leaving debris in the living bush. They threw trash into the hole they were digging and acted very unprofessional by dancing around/playing. They didn't leave a small mound after they left. The mound was huge. For a $9000 job, this was pathetic. T-mobile dug 8-10 holes at the same time and with the same depth. You couldn't tell t-mobile even dug when they were done. Do not call roto rooter!!!!

  Service man that came out was very nice. Robert, I believe his name is.Got here A lot earlier than he was scheduled to, and that was a very good thing Because I couldn’t run water or flush the toilet. Robert gets a five, Roto Rooter gets a four because come on,We don’t have to raise our prices just because everybody else does. I’ve had about every plumber in the area out here at one time or another and I go with Roto Rooter because the pricing is upfront and so far all the workers have been nice and to be honest I don’t trust the local plumbers.

  Septic clean-out went great—water is flowing well now. Thank you to Bob and Cody for the excellent service. And a huge thank you to Nate G and his crew for all the restoration work. They did an amazing job cleaning up my basement after sewage had flooded everywhere. I really appreciate all the hard work!

  I live on Ohio st and your employees are working on a house 2 doors down and have been parking in front of my house for 2 days now. I'm disabled and scheduled to have hip surgery next Friday and am already tired of it. Please ask them to pick a better spot, like in the long driveway of the house they're working on or the 2 car garage.

  Alex and his Kokomo team came out very expeditiously when we had water in our basement. Other companies quoted dates incredibly far out for the situation. So their response time was reassuring from the start. This was the most damage any of my homes had ever sustained so clearly a pretty stressful event. But Alex led the charge with confidence and kept me reassured and informed all week. Chase, Jordan, and the others were professional, yet light hearted. They kept me laughing all week. Which is something I needed and appreciated. Chase even got me with an April Fools prank which isn’t an easy feat! Just got my total invoice and I have no idea where it falls in the market norm, as this isn’t my world, but it was within the initial quote range that I was given upon their initial arrival and assessment. Alex answered every question I had, with patience and understanding, advocated for me when insurance was difficult to make contact with, and by the end of the week, had even learned my name. I’d use them again, but God willing, I won’t have to!
