  Josh was an outstanding employee!! Talked to me through the entire diagnostics letting me know what’s going on. He was really thoughtful made sure I was confortable with the whole entire process. Definitely recommend him !! Thank you to the company for working with us as well!! Helped out a lot !

  Nate and Cody were great !!! I had a great experience with them . I also ended up needing my toilet replaced and they went the extra mile to drive with me to Lowe’s / got me a discount and installed it for me same day . They were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. They were on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right. I appreciate their hard work, communication, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great plumbing service. Thank you for a job well done!

  I am filing a formal complaint regarding the service performed at my home and the proposed charge of approximately $7,800. I have lived in my home for only four years. Roto-Rooter previously came to my home to snake my toilet. After that visit, the water supply to my toilet was not turned back on. Subsequently, wastewater began backing up inside my home. On October 20, 2026, Roto-Rooter inspected my sewer system using a camera inserted through the outside sewer cleanout and informed me that I had a cracked underground pipe inside my home. I was then quoted approximately $7,800 for the proposed work. Because I questioned this diagnosis, I contacted another plumbing company for a second opinion. That company performed a camera inspection from inside my home and allowed me to watch the inspection on its iPad. I was told that no crack was found in the sewer line. These conflicting diagnoses raise serious concerns about the accuracy of Roto-Rooter's inspection and the justification for the proposed charges. I am also concerned that, after speaking with your representative throughout Tuesday, I was apparently blocked from contacting him by phone when I attempted to follow up. I am requesting the following: A written copy of Roto-Rooter's complete inspection findings and the evidence supporting its claim that my pipe is cracked. Copies of all estimates, invoices, work orders, camera footage, and technician notes relating to my service. A written explanation of why the water supply to my toilet was not turned back on after the earlier service. A written explanation of the approximately $7,800 proposed charge. A review of this matter by corporate management and a written response addressing my concerns. I dispute the proposed charges until the diagnosis and supporting evidence have been independently reviewed. I expect this complaint to be investigated fairly and documented in writing. Please preserve all records, photographs, videos, and notes associated with my service. Sincerely, Never will use your service again
