- DKdon krugAug 8, 20265.0Due to a storm, we lost power. The generator kicked on and we were pleased. Since this was our first "emergency", we didn't know what to expect. The power was off for a short time, but when it came back on, the generator continued to run. It finally shut off approximately 30 minutes after the power came on. We call Knee's Electrical at 1am. The young man was extremely polite and gave us reassurance the generator was operating properly. We had scheduled an appointment to have a technician look at the generator. There was some confusion concerning the schedule time, but the technician call around 9:00...he reassured us that the unit was operating properly. We are completely satisfied with the service the politeness, and the prompt reply from both employees of Knee Electrical.
