  Bergstroms did a beautiful job in diagnosing an interior water leak that required reflashing and replacing exterior cement board on outside of home as well as other necessary items. Today after a heavy rain we’re happy to say we’re rain free in the house due to their expert diagnosis and work. Thank you Bergstrom!

  We are currently using Bergstrom Home Improvement for a large addition and remodel project, and we could not be happier with our decision. They are building an addition that includes a suite, two bedrooms, and an office, while also remodeling the master suite in our existing home. Mike, the owner, has been wonderful to work with from the start. He really listened to everything we wanted and was always willing to make adjustments when we changed our minds or wanted to tweak something. When unforeseen circumstances came up, he responded quickly and worked with us every step of the way. Everyone on their crew has been polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. They do excellent work, answer questions patiently, and always clean up at the end of the day. We especially appreciate how kind and patient they have been with our two very curious puppies constantly trying to “supervise” the project. Courtney designed our master bathroom remodel, and she has been amazing. She has fantastic taste, great ideas, and communicates so well throughout the process. She truly listens to your style, wants, and budget. I also appreciated how honest she was when something might clash or not work well, while still respecting our choices and never making us feel pressured or talked down to. This addition and remodel is a major investment, and Bergstrom’s quote was one of the highest we received. That said, we absolutely believe they are worth the price. They go above and beyond, stand behind their work, and provide quality craftsmanship and customer service that is hard to find. We are so glad we chose them and would gladly pay the same price again for the experience and results they have provided.

  Converted old pool house to all-season workshop. The team at Bergstrom Home Improvement helped me plan the project and work out the details. They are awesome to work with, and I am already planning additional work with them. I highly recommend them.

  We had a closet added. The guys did a great job. They were prompt, did exactly what we asked. Always cleaned up at the end of each work day. We are very satisfied.

  The guys did an awesome job on our bathroom remodel from start to finish. It was a total gut. Would definitely recommend.
