- JBJeanne Breeden2 days ago5.0Gage repaired our windows. He showed us what he was going to do and then he showed us the finished work. He was very friendly and very professional. I will ask for him by name if I have any issues and to purchase any more windows
- MKMichelle KAug 9, 20262.0So right now my review is a 2. I was supposed to have an install scheduled for the 5th. The contractor got sick(understandable). But I didn't hear anything until mid morning. So it was scheduled for the next day. The technician came out and barely got started then looking at the radar it did look like it was coming towards us, so hence no install that day. Friday is when the install was being done but apparently window world shorted the tech wrap to be able to finish the job and said that they wouldn't bring him any and he had to go get it and would come back Saturday. Well around 2pm Saturday I hadn't heard anything from the tech about coming back so I ended up texting the salesman that sold me the windows. He did get back with me and said he contacted the tech and he was apparently having truck issues and that he (the tech) would try and get here Saturday and that the tech would communicate with me. Well not one word from the technician and here it is Sunday at 1135 and my job is still not complete. Poor communication is a big no-no with me. I only have 2 windows left to be wrapped and this whole job has taken 5 days now and still not completed.

They outsource the work to different contractors and then when there is an issue they send the same contractor back out. They didn’t do the flashing correctly on my upstairs patio door and it has leaked into my downstairs ever since. Not only did they refuse to fix it but they charged me for coming out to look at it! I need 2 more windows but I would rather give my money to someone else.
