  I don’t post reviews very often, so when I take the time to write one, there has to be a good reason. True Pillar definitely earned it. We originally worked with Eugene through E&M Designs and had great experiences with several previous projects. After E&M Designs merged with another company to form True Pillar, we were pleased to find that the quality and service we had come to expect were taken to an even higher level. True Pillar took our ideas for a new family room, listened to what we wanted, and collaborated with us to make the finished room even better than we had envisioned. Just as impressive is the team of skilled craftsmen they have assembled. The work was high quality, the project moved along efficiently, and their pricing remained competitive. In addition to the family room, True Pillar installed a new tile backsplash in our kitchen, and it turned out fantastic. The quality of the installation and attention to detail are exactly what we have come to expect from their team, and the backsplash has made a tremendous difference in the look of our kitchen. I strongly believe that you get what you pay for, especially when it comes to your home. My experiences with E&M Designs and now True Pillar have proven that quality workmanship, attention to detail, and dependable service are worth the investment. After several successful projects, True Pillar has earned our trust and become our “go-to” contractor for any future work. We couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re considering a remodeling or home improvement project, I highly recommend True Pillar. They have a great team, do quality work, and genuinely care about delivering a finished project you’ll be proud of.

  We have used True Pillar for many projects in our house, some small and some large. Most notably, True Pillar took a blank wall in our house and transformed it to include an electric fireplace, built in cabinets, floating shelves, mantle, and mounted tv/sound bar. On every project, they deliver high quality work. What I appreciate the most is their personable approach with us. Everything is very collaborative, they hear what we want but also offer their professional advice. From start to finish they communicate updates with us and keep us in the know of timeline, payment, etc. We will always use True Pillar for any home needs and cannot recommend them enough.

  Recently, I had a bathroom remodel. I had three different contractors provide me with a bid for the remodel. Of the three contractors, True Pillar arrived on time, asked me what I wanted a d also educated me on the remodel. They provided me ideas on how to improve my remodel. I connected really with me. They cared about my remodel as much as I did. Because of their professionalism and my sense of trust with them, they won the job! True Pillar executed an excellent remodel. They achieved each milestone on time and with tue highest. They were on the job site every day, interacted me as needed and cleaned up after their work. From this point, the’ll are my choice of contractor. They’re giving a quote on a kitchen remodel. M

  The True Pillar crew made our bath remodel a great experience. Attention to detail and a crew both professional and personable made for a seamless transition. We appreciated their work ethic, on time and working full days. Our primary bathroom is now fully accessible, with zero entry shower. We highly recommend True Pillar.
