They arrived right on time at 8:00 AM and did a very thorough job, especially when working around obstacles in the yard, including the internet cable and sprinkler system. Julie was also great to work with—friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. I’m hopeful that if I ever need troubleshooting or service for my Generac, the experience will be just as easy and hassle-free.

- IHice hueyAug 6, 20263.0Got a generator 6 months ago 1 time it broke battery not charging that issue was fixed 2nd now it will not power on they came out to fix it still not fixed and have to wait close to another 3 weeks for them to come out to try and fix it still Not happy at all with generac generator I got it to feel safe from loosing food and can live comfortably incase of power outages not i have a high $ yard ornament Again bran new unit had professional installed 6 months ago
