- SSSkeetApr 16, 20262.0Installation is still not completed. Apparently there is a defective component that is not allowing unit to connect to Bluetooth so it can be monitored. The technician said he didn’t have the item he needed because it is liquid cooled. Not sure why a technician would be sent to resolve a known issue without knowing what model the generator is. Communication is definitely an issue with this company. Initially the install was delayed for various reasons. We waited an additional month for service call that they cancelled last minute. So another month passed and tech was unable to resolve issue. Not sure at this point when they will return to remedy this problem. Hopefully soon. I was assured that unit is ready for use if needed. My confidence level is not good. The picture is showing the cover that does not latch or close tightly to seal out weather.
