  I wasn’t home but interacted with him through my security cameras and my wife later that evening. He stayed until late in the evening to complete the install and I was very pleased with his work.

  I recently had a generator installed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Bryce did an outstanding job from start to finish. His workmanship was top-notch, and he took the time to make sure everything looked clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing—not just functional. He explained every step of the installation process thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. It was clear he takes pride in his work and wanted everything to be perfect before he finished. If you're considering a generator installation, I highly recommend asking for Bryce. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to quality really set him apart. Five stars!

  I used generac's website to get a consultation for a backup power system and Tri-state was the first company to reach out unfortunately. Other companies reached out but I held them off since I had already made an appointment with Tri-state. Their time slot to show up was 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and the guy didn't end up getting here until 11:22. There was no phone call or notification to let me know they were going to be late.

  Courteous. Very knowledgeable about the machine and its processes. Answered my questions and suggested using salt with resin cleaner to improve performance. Was accompanied by young man who seemed to be in training. They worked well as a team. I am very pleased my machine is now serviced and updated. Many thanks!
