  The worst dispatch and appointment set up I've ever had to endure with any company ever. Called to set up an emergency request for an elevator leaking hydraulic. Took over 20 minutes to change the address for service from a previously used address. Went over in excruciating detail the issue, the contact info, and the address and the dispatcher still seemed confused? The entire call lasted almost a half hour for an emergency set up. Then, I call back in an hour to check in on it using the reference number provided. No update. I call back again to cancel due to this poor experience and confirmed cancellation with the dispatch. Today, one day later, I get a call from the tech saying they're at my location....except, they're at the address I spent over 20 minutes changing to the most current address. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

  I work at a Senior housing community. We have to call them so often for repairs and services and they never respond. We just spent over $20K for repairs and ervices "Not Covered" under our warranty or ervice contract and the elevator has broken down twice since the repairs, for the same issue. no response.... crickets. If I had a choice, they wouldn't have been my choice at this point.

  ABSOLUTE TRASH. STAY AWAY. GM PAUL HADLEY was terrible. MESSED UP OUR ELEVATORS. we were paying inspection fees and everything they asked for. When the city cited us TK sent us a huge bill to "renew" the elevators. When we brought in other companies to inspect turned out TK was just trying to price gouge and oversell. When confronted they decided to just walk away all together and refused to provide any further help. caused us THOUSANDS of dollars. WORST COMPANY. we will escalating this with corporate.
