  Keith, my plumber, came quicklly after messaging me that he was on the way. He followed my directions to come to the front door and put on shoe covers to keep my house clean. He very quickly was able to unclog my bathroom sink with merely the use of strength and a plunger. I had tried to do the same with the same tools but I, evidently, lack the strength and finesse. He then gave me some suggestions for how I could use certain products to keep my drains and drain lines running freely. Good information! I had a coupon that helped to keep the cost reasonable and he was in and out of here within half an hour.

  Austin was a good worker. He did a job and didn’t take him long and he explained stuff to me. He was pretty good but I have one problem when you guys sent Norm out here Friday he filled out a work order and had me sign it and did not turn it in. I guess he said I was supposed to have an appointment Monday. They would call before they come out. I waited here till 2:30 in the afternoon. Some of your guys were across the street at my neighbors house I talked to them and they found out I wouldn’t even on the schedule so that was really disappointing. Then I talked to a lady in the office. I talked to Maddie and she was a big help and made sure people were gonna be out here today. Other than that that was the only problem I had Austin did a good job. I really appreciate working in my house.

  Bradley and the Summers Plbg crew showed up on time, provided service in a respectful manner, and worked quickly and efficiently. They worked in an extremely hot attic and tight crawl space with no complaints. After the initial service work, they came back to finish a few leftover projects within a week, asked for my advice and preferences, and performed in an exemplary manner, completing an installation of both A/C and furnace along with removal of the old equipment. I had a followup call for ductwork cleaning, and Clayton and Bradley did a thorough job. They finished ahead of time and cleaned up after themselves nicely. Well done, guys!
