I signed up for the monthly membership, which is well worth it. I just had trouble getting my thermostat to stay on. Kory worked some kind of magic and got it to stay on. He answered my questions and calmed my concerns. He was very professional!

Esteban was great. We have a system with a boiler, gas furnace and electric heat pump. He was able to answer all of my questions. Inn the past , Summers was less than helpful, especially with the on-demand gas boiler system. But we stuck with them

When I made my appointment I was told that a real plumer would be coming out to look at my broken flang for my downstairs toilet and it's same day repair but that didn't happen they sent a estimater person saying it would be $2200 and have to dig up foundation so after wasting a $100 for not even a plumer to see what he can do so I called a real plumer and got it all fixed and hooked up for $650 and it was same day I would highly recommend not using this place

We had a great experience with Summers today. Bradan explained the problem clearly, and presented the options in a way that we could understand and think through. We had a bunch of questions, and he patiently answered them all. Summers will definitely be our first call when we have future HVAC issues.

The plumber came in, misdiagnosed the issue. Then tried to sell me a $2000 package that included putting in all new pipes, busting up an old concrete sink to haul out of the basement, putting in an new washer box, and cutting into my main sewage line. I called Gordon’s plumbing and had them come out for a second opinion. $340 later and everything was just fine and the clog was gone. He snaked it through the cleanout and used a plunger twice. I will not call Summers again. I felt very taken advantage of, and I am sure they do this to customers frequently given the ease with which the plumber lied to me.
