Aaron ended up coming out twice for two different concerns. He spoke presented him well and welcoming. When he came back the send time I was surprised but welcomed him. We shared a laugh as he shared he didn’t know either. Again he shared his name and explained what a manager from another company shared with me. I was impressed.
On another note I requested a sales representative he came. Shared what I didn’t not for the unit and he wanted to check the unit. His name was Kyle I shared there was no need. He asked again. I refused and explained that Aaron was one of four three confirmed one with a slight difference. The fact that Aaron shred what the manager shared was pleasing. He was supposed to sharing with me the price of the unit. Well he should a book I asked questions about it as opposed to him explaining it.
I was disappointed with Kyle clearing team player wasn’t the agenda which caused an uneasy feeling. A team should have trust and confidence in one another. Perhaps had been focused on his visit Kyle would not have missed the mark and could have explained and answered questions as opposed to me pressing and presenting questions.
Great job Aaron continue to be welcoming and pleasant with the customers, keep being pleasant and displaying professionalism. You deserve a raise or promotion. Thank you for details at a manager standard. Awesome.

I had Summers come out for an AC tune-up. Jose was on time and very polite and answered all of my questions. Summers have been at my home twice now and they will be my to go company from now on!

We've had them come two different times so far and EACH time they sent a rookie that couldn't fix the problem that day because they weren't experienced enough to fix the issue the first time... If you have rookies, have them tag along with someone with actual experience so that they can learn the job on site and get it done right the first time so that the customer isn't having to wait several more days to get a problem fixed. Our AC is leaking and the house is incredibly hot in this heat and my dad has health issues that are affected by the heat. Send someone more competent the first time out...

Andy and Kyler were at my home to replace faucets and install a new toilet. Before the job was started there was an inspection of valves and pipes under the sinks. I needed additional plumbing, which was not surprising as the pipes are old. They were here entire day. I felt completely comfortable with them and the work they did. I have hired them for another job.

We tried to resolve it 4 times separate times. If you dont listen 4 times what makes the 5th different?
Over zealous in a way I dont appreciate. They will always try and sell you more and more product or services. They will call early which maybe some appreciate but I have told them 4 separate times, "I appreciate the gesture, but I have a scheduled time for a reason", 4 times I have told them, "please, don't call me before 12pm, I work third shift, please call my fiance". 4 times they have told me, "we are so sorry, we'll put notes on your account and this wont happen again!", yet this morning again, call from summer about 10am.
They are constantly pestering me for more appointments, for a subscription service, or servicing. Calls and texts fairly regularly to ask when they can come work in my house. All of my equipment is brand new to this house. I have the summers subscription through the rest of the year, I wont use it, Ill call a company that listens to their customers.
