- JHJanice Hilgendorf3 days ago5.0We have used the services of Overhead Door for over 30 years. The product is excellent. Jason came out most recently and he was pleasant and professional. We needed new springs which is to be expected after all these years. Look for overhead door, not overhead garage door or precision door. Their logo is a red and white banner. A little difficult to find on the internet due to other companies using similar names.

- NLN LJun 12, 20265.0Called overhead door company of Indianapolis on Thursday to replace a broken torsion spring. They were here the next morning to replace it. Zach Fox (the repair technician) called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, was very courteous, and fixed the repair quickly with good workmanship. He explained the warranty process and other details before he left. Great experience overall.

Our builder used Overhead Door for the install and for our one year warranty adjustments. I was very pleased with the scheduling and the subsequent contact from Overhead Door. The service technician was so awesome! I asked his name because I want to request him if our garage doors need service or adjustments in the future. If it weren’t for David Skaggs, the service technician, I probably would have called another company when our builders warranty expires in 2 months. But thanks to David being so knowledgeable, kind, and hardworking to make sure everything was correct and he didn’t “mansplain” I will stick with Overhead Door for my garage door company to call.
