- DBDennis Birch1 day ago5.0Getting ready to leave home and my door spring broke….called Overhead Door….they arrived within an hour. My technician (Chad Clark) was amazing…. Super nice and really knew his stuff. He replaced both springs, cables, adjusted and lubricated the door and put a new capacitor in the opener ….all in about an hour….super Job!!!! OHD will always be my garage door guys!!!!

The service technician did an amazing job on the repair and quickly completed the installation of the new lift and bracket system.
- STS&L Thompson2 days ago5.0JD did a great job replacing two-garage door springs by making needed adjustments to the door rails to make for a smooth door both easy-to-open and close, if not using the automatic opener. The previous springs and rail assembly were not not adjusted correctly and rather than slap new springs on and call the job complete, JD leveled the rails and adjusted the new springs.

All I paid was the consultation fee, as we lucked out with regard to our Garage Door, and it was a straightforward fix on his part. He also recommended A silicone spray that I should apply to the Door every six months and was overall quite professional and did a great job.

However, the phone based customer service for landlords has significantly deteriorated. My expectations are not exactly high. Zero communication to the Land Lord, despite begging for this to happen when the appointments are scheduled. This has happened the last three or four Service trips. When I report the issue on the people answering the phone, they are incredibly dismissive. Not sure what has changed in the last four or five years at this company. This is talk to text, hopefully it makes sense. Please fix.
