    Phenomenal service call. Technician Brad Gong promptly diagnosed our home’s cooling issues and quickly provided repairs and service. He explained everything he found and the steps needed for repair! I felt very informed at all times. He indicated service plans that were available to keep our systems functioning at a high level. I’m very impressed with Brad and One Hour !!

    They came out in a timely manner from when I called. But even though it is over 90° it has been five days and I still have not gotten a quote from them on doing the repairs. The technician kept acting like it was going to be too much of a hassle to do the repairs and was pushing constantly for me to just get a whole new system instead of trying to repair it so I’m guessing that’s why I have not got a quote for the repairs yet even though it’s the hottest week of the year in Indianapolis.

    Duct cleaning was a bad experience on 6/24-6/25/2026. I received a text and email saying my appointment window was 8am-12pm for 6/24/2026. I never got a call so I called the main office and she said my appointment is in the afternoon. After i insisted it is not in the afternoon and she talked to the manager I was correct. It is for the morning!!! They apologize but it will now be in the afternoon. I got a discount. When Devin R or Devin C (I got two text with two different last name saying they are coming so I don’t know which one is what there was an assistant. The assistant never said his name and he was very talkative the 2-3 hrs he was here. The main guy Devin barely talked but seem polite. But not within 5 mins he said he left his drill at the home they were at before and they need it to drill holes for duct cleaning. So Devin left while assistant was taping up the registers/returns. They cleaned out a lot of dirty vents for sure i appreciate that but there were chicks of dust across the hall they didn’t vac that up. They seem to be rushed. They removed my basement window cover to clean the dryer vent but they never put the cover back. They didn’t tape up the hold they drilled just placed it back in the hole and claimed it will stay. The next day 6/25 at 10am I got a call from the main office saying the technician forgot to remove the card board covering inside the unit and need to come back to the home to get it out. I said after 2. It was 5:15 p before some txt and said they are on their way. And it’s not even the technician from yesterday but I’m glad because this tech Bradley G. Was polite and thorough. He checked the places where they usually block it durian duct cleaning. Then he and I realized the technician from 6/24 put the filter air flow in backwards causing the material to blew out of the frame of the filter. I literally just bought that last week. Devin and the assistant need to pay more attention. Why would u leave a drill at previous house. And then leave cardboards blocking the furnace inside the unit. And why would you not know the air flow arrow is put in wrong. And Bradley noticed that the two holes they drilled needed tape. And not sure why the two guys didn’t tape it up. So he patched those up for me. Overall the scheduling department is a mess. And Devin and the assistant who are not very responsible and forgetful and not pay attention to their work. Assistant was very talkative during the two-3 hours talking to Devin about personal things loud enough for me to hear. I don’t mind you talking since your hands and eyes are working but be thorough and pay attention. Wasted a lot of my time on both days and ruin my 3M furnace filter. I had to immediately go out and buy another one. Should have replaced that for me for free!

    They installed the unit. It takes days for me to get a service manager to call and when Frank did he told me hey listen; now how professional is that. Immediately it was I need a replacement then when I shared it was under warranty it was something else. The technician was switched out and half inspection was done due to the compressor. Even with the compressor being out things were not documented as to would and why they could not be looked at. The customer service rep shared the service manager and the technician could tell me labor price. However the labor price had to be confirmed with the manager. The technician only went by what he heard me speaking about to a neighbor as opposed to his on training. I shared that with the manager as well. It was a very poor and bad. Mind you I had to beg for the warranty company phone number as it was provided to me.

    I had a new unit installed, the install team was polite and very professional. Took time to protect my new floor, knocked out a very clean install. Really feel it should be 4.5 stars cause the unit didnt come with enough freon and had to come back the following day to fully charge system. But they had someone back out first thing to address it. I got a great price compared to other quotes ive receive. Service and promptness was top tier. Here's a polished review that keeps your balanced 4.5-star sentiment: 4.5/5 Stars I recently had a new unit installed, and the installation team was polite, professional, and did excellent work. They took the time to protect my new flooring and completed a very clean, high-quality installation. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is that the unit didn't come with enough refrigerant, so they had to return the following day to fully charge the system. However, they had a technician back out first thing the next morning to address the issue, which I really appreciated. The price was significantly better than the other quotes I received, and their customer service, communication, and prompt response were top-notch. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them. Ive never left a review before and really felt compelled to write a review from a great experience in a time of need.
