Then the voice says (while your waiting for a human) something like "we know your time is valuable and we want to save you time." What hypocrisy!! You just wasted 3 minutes (and more) of my time with AI and the delay. All these years with One Hour and I always got a friendly person to set up my appointment. But now , AI. Most inefficient and most impersonal. And, you know what, you guys know this is true. And, you know what, you don't care. Just do what every other inefficient and impersonal company does. Who gives a care about the customer. Not One Hour. This critique is undoubtedly another waste of my time. But One Hour knows my time is valuable. Yeah. Right.

Sadly I thought it was going to be as simple as a refill on refrigerant, but Brian let me know and showed me that my coil was blocked. He explained why there is ice on the coil. Brian and Brandon really gave me a full book of knowledge of my whole system and why it works the way it does. They are also sending somebody out to give me a quote tonight on a new system.

I would truly like to end my 29 dollar monthly fee , I dont appreciate the way the matter has been handled, especially after the guy said oh have him call me any time if any questions , called 15 minutes after he left , and again the next day , nothing , dont need a salesman. Truly hope you will cancel my service agreement, dont like your kind of. Business!!!!!!!
