He was professional, genuinely engaged, and clearly interested in getting to the root of the problem. After about two hours of troubleshooting, he identified the culprit, a fan on the covered patio. Overall, I was very pleased with the service from Mister Sparky. The cost was reasonable for this area, and I would definitely use them again if another electrical issue comes up.
- JRJackie RileyMay 5, 20264.0I called Mr Sparky because the outlets in my kids’ bedrooms stopped working. A breaker was tripped and wouldn’t reset. I was given an arrival time of 2-6pm. Around 5:45pm I was told the tech would arrive later and asked if I still wanted service. I said yes because I needed the issue fixed asap. I requested to have the $89 service call fee waived since the tech would arrive outside of the service window and the Mr Sparky rep agreed, which was nice. The tech diagnosed and replaced 2 breakers in less than an hour.
