  I had the excellent good fortune of meeting Jerry Massa today on his appointment too out home to diagnose our electrical problems. Jerry was ultra professional, very knowledgeable and polite and diagnosed the issue very quickly. I highly recommend Jerry the next time you need electrical work done.

  Chris and Keyshawn arrived at my home promptly at the stated time. They were both friendly and professional, answering all of my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process. My home is several decades old but they work tirelessly navigating through many challenges until the work was satisfactory completed. Overall, I had a good experience with Mister Sparky.

  Very unethical and unprofessional company, I called for an electrical safety check advertised at $99, they showed up and said that the inspection is actually much more and that was just the dispatch fee (bait and switch), i told them i am not paying them anything, they said they would look around the property after doing so they said they would honor the original agreed upon price (apparently they commonly do this to make them look trust worthy). They performed the inspection and was asking to get some quotes (one of them was rewiring lighting circuits) they where telling me that to be code compliant to run lighting circuits that it requires every doorway in a room to have a light switch (i looked up right in front of them to tell that was a lie and not in the electrical code at all), it took them a while to give me the estimates, the lighting circuit estimate was adding unwanted basement lighting that i don't need, and was ridiculously high and over twice another company the big deal breaker was how for multiple days i had to call them to get my inspection report, they keep withholding it, first they sent just a few pictures and i had to call back 2 to 3 times to get the full report and pictures (apparently they frequently withhold reports to prevent you from shopping around) I paid them for these reports, so they are legally required to give them to me, I finally informed them if they are not given to me in 24 hours i would file a chargeback for services not delivered I would never do business with these crooks.

  Exceptional work. Fast response with immediate scheduling and communication. I had to have last minute electrical work completed for a home inspection from a disqualified home inspector. I know you don't want to pay for an electrician because of the cost. But they know the code that you don't. They have the experience and knowledge that you don't. Pay the fee. Get it done right the first time with someone that you can trust. Don't hesitate to use this company with a great employee. I would call them again immediately.

  Jerry was very helpful and insightful during home inspection to point out items that needs to be updated. Really helped us understand the total amount of work that needed to be done as part of the cost of home ownership. Would definitely recommend Jerry to come alongside general inspectors for additional assurance.
