  Based on my recent experience at Lumber Liquidators … I feel The new company’s standards are much lower than those I’ve experience in the past when they were LL flooring. I purchased 80 boxes of Sugar Mill Hickory flooring plus stair treads and misc. finishing pieces from Lumber Liquidators about 6 weeks ago for $19,400. Installation started last week. At the end of the 1st day I inspected the floor that was installed in our upstairs hallway and immediately realized the quality or grade of flooring was Much Much worse than the same flooring we purchased 2X earlier from LL Fooring for 2 bedrooms. It was so bad I have had to start opening the boxes myself, inspect the flooring and separating good boards from bad. It is amazing how much would ended up in the bad pile. I did a lot of research and found out there are grades of flooring… my guess is Lumber Liquidators has Substantially lowered the grade of wood they are using and also their quality standards.

  There was an issue getting a shipment for an order, but sometimes a business is judged by the manner on which they handle challenging situations beyond their control. I feel they care about their customers and have proven it well by me. Good job, thanks for your constant communication and efforts.
