  Love heating and air provides quality and honesty service. Their technicians take their time to make sure they do a great job. The technicians also make sure to fully explain the suggested repairs and associated risks. Ashley was the technician who helped me out today. She made sure to walk me through everything she did today. She was respectful and I appreciate that she took her time to answer my many questions!

  Ronald has been the biggest help since we moved into our new home! We have had some cooling issues which is always hard during the heat of summer, and he and the Love team have been responsive, educational and effective in finding affordable solutions.

  Thank you! Our tech, Bobby came out for an emergency late evening call when our air conditioner wasn’t working in the middle of a summer heat wave. What impressed me the most is not only did he accurately diagnose the problem, but he stayed late to fix it! Most other companies would have gone home for the evening but Bobby knew we had little kids who were melting without air conditioning so he stayed late to fix it. Job well done!

  Called in today because my ac just gave out Kendra was super professional over the phone and help coordinate to get a technician out to my house fast and effectively. This company will forever have my business because of how Kendra dealt with the situation and Calmed me down Her level of professionalism is top-tier highly recommend Love Heating going for whatever you need And make sure you ask for Kendra she was amazing!

  I’ve trusted Love Heating and Cooling since buying my home in 2007 because they did the original system install. Over almost 20 years under their Energy Service Agreement, they are the only company I trust. I’ve had three outstanding technicians over that time, starting with Ted, then Rob, who were both phenomenal. I wondered if I’d ever get anyone as good as them again, but I hit the jackpot with Ron. He continues that exact same high standard. ​Woke up this morning with my house sitting at 76 degrees, called in, and they got me taken care of same-day. Ron called me personally beforehand to troubleshoot over the phone, and his quick diagnosis was spot-on. He figured out the exact issue right then and there. When he arrived, he was patient, friendly, and as knowledgeable as always. Instead of rushing through a checklist or taking shortcuts, he actually listens, does real diagnostics, and takes pride in his work. I'm back in business! ​If you're looking for an HVAC company that genuinely cares about the customer over the money, go with Love. You won't find better service anywhere else!
