  Made an appointment online on 5 July for the afternoon of 10 July. On 9 July, Invisible Fence called me so say that I didn't actually have an appointment and the soonest they could get to me was a 5-hour window on 15 July. This is unacceptable.

  Jade did a fabulous job training our soft coated wheaten terrier. She is very knowledgeable, patient and loads of experience. We highly recommend her for invisible fence training.

  Cass S. came to our home earlier this week to evaluate our dog's perimeter setup and provide recommendations for keeping Kobe safely within our yard. As always, Cass was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain several options we could use to help reinforce Kobe's boundaries. After making some necessary adjustments, he even brought Kobe outside to help him become familiar with the changes. Cass was friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire visit—he let me know when he was on his way, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the plan moving forward. This wasn't Cass's first visit to our home, and every experience with him has been excellent. We truly appreciate his expertise, patience, and genuine care for both our dog and our family. Thank you, Cass!

  Jade did a wonderful job with our puppy, Hank. She is enthusiastic and upbeat, and took the time to explain the rationale behind the training methods. She also was great including our three children in the training process by soliciting their help. The stuffed animal squirrel attached to an RC car was quite the creative (and hilarious) training tool! Jade made our experience with Invisible Fence outstanding!

  I had a great and memorable consumer experience with Nate Boss! He was professional, courteous, and extremely pleasant to work with from start to finish. Nate quickly identified and repaired a break in my fence line and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
