  Worked with me every step in the process, had patience with my being super nervous about it from past experiences with contractors. Was upfront and knowledgeable about the many questions I had, and answered them with understanding and patience. System is working great. Kudos to the duct cleaning crew, old home with old vent sytem and they were honest that they wouldn't due the cleaning because it would damage my ceilings. After 35 years without central air, I look forward to the comfort it will provide this coming summer. Thanks to all involved in the install, great job!

  When our house’s hvac went out unexpectedly, HER HVAC was able to get out to our house the same day. She provided great service. When we were concerned about a longer turnaround, she worked hard to get us a next day turnaround and for a good price to earn our business. She will definitely be called on again.
