    This company provides poor quality repair jobs and hides behind short warranties in hopes that consumers do not notice their shoddy work before the warranty expires. Avoid this company at all costs, Michael at First Onsite is scamming the public. His workers claimed to fix my leaking roof, instead they simply painted over water damage causing another leak to appear in the same spot. I am working with the Attorney General's office to ensure others are not scammed by this company.

    My experience with First On Site was great. The first person they send out was Will Alumbaugh. He is was so easy to work with and showed up the next day on time. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He made me feel right away that this was a company I could trust. Within a couple days the project Manager Dale called me to set up a time to come and look things over. Dale as well was fantastic. He set up a time line for the work to be done around a very busy holiday time. His communication was excellent and delivered on everything he promised. The work was completed on time with the highest quality, exceeding my expectations. Dale and Will both followed up after the work was done to make sure it was up to my standards. If you are looking for work to be done, I could not recommend them more. Trust worthy, easy to work with and top quality results!

    Moore did a great job at restoring the damaged house. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable. An all around good experience.

    Moore Restoration did a great job restoring my condo after a water leak left me with thousands of dollars of damage. They worked almost seamlessly with my insurance company to make sure my repairs were taken care of with as little impact to my life as possible. Although the project took longer than I would have liked, this was largely due to product delivery delays, rather than any scheduling issues with Moore subcontractors. My project involved ceiling , floor, cabinet and fixture repairs to multiple rooms and levels and the coordination of all this was handled expertly by Dale, my project manager. He was very patient in addressing my questions and quick to respond when I wanted to make changes. Overall I give Moore high marks, and I give Dale top marks. Highly recommended.
