  We recently built a new home in a brand new development and after a few months, a wheel came out of the track on our garage door. My husband called around noon and the Supervisor Jake was in the area and stopped by and fixed it in just a few minutes. He was extremely nice and professional and made sure everything was in good working order. We would highly recommend doing business with this company and the supervisor Jake.

  Amazing service and price!! I Had atleast 6 other people come out just to tell me a higher quote and that they could not service my Wayne Dalton system. Service tech Jaclyn had it repaired in a hour or so and even serviced my small door for no extra charge! Don't even bother calling anyone else, just call EIC!

  Your Service Tech person, Jaclyn, was excellent - top notch. She knew she was their for general maintenance, but also identified additional issues, and was able to replace cables on both sides of the door. This is my 16 house, and after Jaclyn finished her work, this is the quietest garage door ever. Jaclyn was experienced, customer oriented, professional, and helpful. She's a wonderful representative for your company,

  Jaclyn was super helpful and friendly. We had been having issues with our garage door not closing and she was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get us squared away.

  We have a Lennar home still under warranty. The keypad remote wasn’t working properly. Jacquelyn came out, listened to my concern and replaced the keypad. Not only did she replace the defective part, she adjusted the chain and lubricated the door without additional charge.
